2 bathrooms (2 showers + 1 corner bath). 2 separate toilets

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Alles in einem tadellosen Zustand. Sehr gut geeignet fĂŒr Familie mit Hund. Man kann hervorragend wandern. Die StrĂ€nde in der Umgebung sind wunderschön.Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit, nĂ€chstes Jahr kommen wir wieder.

Tolle Lage, alles sehr gepflegt und modern. Die KĂŒchenausstattung völlig ausreichend. Besondes schön der Blick vom oberen Wohnzimmer auf das Meer und vom oberen Schlafzimmer ebenso der Blick auf das Meer- mit Wellenrauschen zum einschlafen.2 Minuten zum Strand, Einkaufen und Tanken ,10 Minuten mit dem Auto.Die Lufterholung ist sehr gut. StrandspaziergĂ€nge sind besonders erholsam.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in NeĂŻz Vran sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer vom 1. OG. Es ist nur einen "Katzensprung" vom Meer und mehreren idyllischen StrĂ€nden entfernt. Wir waren oft baden im Meer, haben wunderschöne Strand-SpaziergĂ€nge und AusflĂŒge gemacht und leckeren Fisch/ Muscheln/ Krebs bzw. Backwaren, KĂ€se, Obst und GemĂŒse von den MĂ€rkten aus der Umgebung genossen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Im Haus gibt es auch FahrrĂ€der und einen Tisch-Kicker bzw. kleinen Billardtisch.

Sehr schönes, empfehlenswertes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und hat alles was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist umzĂ€unt und perfekt fĂŒr Hunde. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe verlief problemlos. Vom Obergeschoss hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und kann bei schlechtem Wetter dort gemĂŒtlich sitzen. Sehr zu empfehlen

14 traumhafte Tage in der Bretagne

Wir haben 14 Tage Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung sehr genossen und uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die sehr ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses ist fĂŒr eine Erholung einfach super. Unsere beiden Hunde haben den Außenbereich sehr genossen und sich wohlgefĂŒhlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und informativ. Danke.

Nice property but a little more remote than we were expecting - no baker or cafe within walking distance. Beaches are very easily accessible.Property also felt a little neglected with a few things having been broken/missing and not replaced.

Traumhaftes Haus am Strand

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Als Familie mit vier Kindern waren Aufteilung, Lage und Ausstattung perfekt fĂŒr uns. Trotz Regenwetter hatten wir einen fantastischen Urlaub weil das Haus der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒrs Surfen und fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in kleine StĂ€dtchen war. Wir kommen wieder.

WĂŒnderschöner Urlaub, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt :)

Wir sind zu dritt verreist (3 Erwachsene) mit Hund. Ein sehr schönes, modernes, eingezĂ€untes Haus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Tolle Ausstattung; auch in der KĂŒche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Haben uns auch sehr ĂŒber die Senseo-Maschine gefreut. Es waren genĂŒgend Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls super, sie waren sehr bemĂŒht, trotz rudimentĂ€rer Französischkenntnisse unsererseits. Wir waren rundum zufrieden :)

Traumhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Freundliche Gastgeber, einfache Kommunikation, gut ausgestattetes Haus, vor allem die KĂŒche ist ĂŒberdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und man kann sehr gut darin kochen. Kerlouan ist fĂŒr uns das schönste StĂŒck Bretagne, da man das GefĂŒhl hat in Asterix und Obelix Heimat zu sein: Überall sind Hinkelsteine. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Haus war toll und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Basiskenntnisse im Französischen sind hilfreich. FußlĂ€ufig sind schöne und meist leere StrĂ€nde zu erreichen, vom 1.6.-30.9. sind Hunde da leider offiziell nicht erlaubt. HundestrĂ€nde sind auf einer Karte verzeichnet, die es beim TourismusbĂŒro in Kerlouan gibt. In der NĂ€he des Hauses gibt es keine Gastronomie. Am Besten verpflegt man sich selbst. Der Supermarkt in Kerlouan ist gut sortiert. Die Gegend ist noch relativ unberĂŒhrt und es war auch in der Hauptsaison nicht so voll. Endlose SpaziergĂ€nge sind möglich. Ein sehenswertes Ausflugsziel ist Roscoff mit einem Abstecher auf die Ile de Batz. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossener Dusche im Erdgeschoss (französisches Doppelbett), zwei Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock (eins mit zwei Einzelbetten, 1 mit französischem Doppelbett und Meerblick). Im 1. Stock ist außerdem noch (wie auch unten) eine separate Toilette. Außerdem gibt es noch ein Bad mit Badewanne im ersten Stock). Eine weitere Dusche gibt es im Zwischenraum zwischen KĂŒche und Garage. In der Garage stehen diverse FahrrĂ€der sowie ein Tischkicker, der umgedreht ein kleiner Billardtisch ist, außerdem noch verschiedene Gartenliegen. Auflagen fĂŒr die Gartenmöbel haben wir nicht entdeckt. im Garten, der eingezĂ€unt ist (ein kleines StĂŒck davon mit einer Art Maschendrahtzaun auf ca. 120cm Höhe. Mein Hund hat nicht versucht drĂŒber zu springen (hĂ€tte sie evtl. sogar geschafft). ....es war sehr schön!

endroit merveilleux pour toutes personnes aimant l océan, la tranquillité, la marche et le charme de la cote bretonne, mais également la gentillesse des gens et des commerçants ainsi que la qualité de leurs produits, vacances, malgré le temps, qui sont passées trop vite. merci encore aux personnes qui nous ont reçus.
