Expansive Ocean View, Pet Friendly, and King Bed in Master

Relax at this beautiful ocean oasis! Expansive sea views await you.

This charming island villa has it all! A luxurious king bed in the master bedroom, both a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to ensure you have room for everyone--and it is just steps from the beach. There are also two full baths for your convenience, and a fully equipped kitchen. A large dining table that easily seats six and a magnificent covered balcony with a table and chairs for dolphin viewing and relaxing with the beverage of your choice! Plus, it is a corner unit with extra windows. This condo is located on the second floor, so there are some stairs to the entrance.

There are cable televisions in both bedrooms and the living room and free wifi!

Two outdoor pools are available for your use, as well; and the Beach and Racquet Club is only a block away. You can even bring your pet!

Pools typically open April 1, close November 1. Please note: NO swimmy diapers allowed in the BRC or condominium pools. Children in swimmy diapers may use the BRC kiddie wading pool only.
Pet policy: dog only, limit one, with payment of non-refundable pet fee of $200 per stay. Dog only, limit one. Pets are allowed on the beach, but must be leashed at all times. Please help keep Harbor Island pet friendly---clean up after your pooch!

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

*3.5 % Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85;, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.

*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.

The condo was perfect! Clean and beautiful! The staff was beyond helpful and awesome to communicate with! We have stayed in a few different condos at Harbor Island and this was hands down our absolute favorite!! Super comfortable, beautiful views and the perfect place to stay for a birthday weekend away. Harbor Island

We had a fantastic stay at Harbor Island. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. The beach was gorgeous. My family had a great vacation and will come back again!

Amazing location with gorgeous view

This was our first time staying on Harbor Island, and quickly became one of our favorite vacation spots. The location of the property is ideally situated between the amenities including the pool and path to the beach. We look forward to visiting again.

Great vacation spot!

Harbor Island was beautiful! We enjoyed the beach and alll the wildlife, especially the baby sea turtles. The condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. The only disappointment was the master bedroom was very warm - the fan in that room had only the lowest speed working.

Everything you need

We had a nice time at Harbor Island. The property has a well stocked kitchen and we found everything we needed to cook in. Not many restaurants were open during the week so we visited the local fish market for our meals to cook in. Very relaxing and it’s a beautiful beach.

Relaxing Family Time

We enjoyed the laid back resort. The view was amazing. I would like to have had 2 keys to the unit because I didn't feel comfortable leaving it in the lock box. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed.

Great Location

Quality of Condo was nice. In unit amenities were lacking compared to other units at harbor island. For instance No beach equipment and no pass to Hunting Island.

Family Vacation

Perfect condo for our family of 5. Everything was wonderful. We had a minor glitch with the washing machine on our last day and the property manager was easy to access by phone even though it was after hours. Beautiful ocean view from the condo and easy access to all amenities on the island. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Lovely 2 bedroom , 2 bath with fantastic balcony, view of the ocean and pool. Loved the master king, which can be hard to find. Had some problems with the internet but were contacted with in an hour of calling! Great service!

Stunning view- unit not perfect but adequate

View was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the location and all the amenities the resort provided. The unit was not perfect but I expressed my concerns to the property manager and he was to correct. I will stay there again as we were allowed to bring our dogs and they had a blast. We brought covers for the furniture and we made it our own. Very relaxing spot!

Beautiful Views and Peaceful Location

My fiancé and I came back to Harbor for our second stay, and found this pet friendly unit. The views are beautiful, especially early mornings when you can watch the shrimp boats go by! Unit could have been a little cleaner (ex: found a small hair in shower, walls/base boards need a good scrubbing, and small stains on the sheets) but all in all we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. Everyone on the island is so friendly. Hoping all is well after the hurricane!

If you were in a flea infested property, it would not take 4 days to realize that. You even shared on the phone that you thought your family was getting bit outside. However, we contacted the building management who schedules pest control to schedule a pest control appointment. They went on the Wednesday to treat fleas, but there were NO FLEAS! We sent you the invoice from the company in order for you to see his report. We also refunded you for the days you did not stay even though there were no fleas and the owner incurred an unnecessary expense.

Very nicely decorated for the area and get you in the relaxing-mode quickly :-) Well cared for; everything worked. Took a minute to figure out the how the cable remote(s) interacted to start up. We would definitely recommend it for a getaway - even in January's chill, it's nice. Need maybe 3-4 (13) gal garbage bags, though - one is a bit tight, even for a 3 day stay :-) Thanks Guys!

Nice Condo

The condo was nice. Plenty of dishes, appliances. Everything worked well. Neighborhood was nice. Pet friendly. Wonderful deck. Great views. The only downside was the beds. They were not comfortable. The mattresses are worn out. You sink down into the bed when you lay on it.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great except for the dryer and I contacted management but they were unable to get someone to look at it during our stay. So it was a bit of a bummer not being able to do laundry Outside of that wonderful place to stay. Absolutely beautiful and all the staff we dealt with were very nice

Good vacation spot

Good place for families. Easy access to 3 pools. Easy walk to the beach. Had a couple maintenance issues, but management was quick to respond and take care of things. Management was extremely nice and easy to work with. This was my first VRBO, and they made the process easy. Only complaint was with nature. Bring the bug spray. Mosquitos, biting flies, and no seeums were extremely bad in morning and evening. But, it is a very relaxing and laid back area. Unit M218 was nice. Had what we needed for vacation and being pet friendly made it a good choice for our family.

Exactly What We Were Hoping For

My husband and I had recently endured a stressful period and were in need of a peaceful getaway. This property was exactly what we needed. From the beautiful, beachy interior, to the gorgeous views from our 2nd floor corner unit, we were in our happy place. It was a treat for us Wisconsinites to just walk out the door and be able to take long walks on the beach. Our only suggestion would be to provide a few more kitchen basics, i.e. plastic wrap, garbage bags and at least 2-3 dishwasher and laundry pods. However, will we return? You betcha!

Won’t rent this unit again!

The carpet was filthy & stained. Older unit which needed a deep clean. Definitely could tell there were pets with the odor plus had a musty smell every time you walked in door. We kept getting bit by something both inside & on the balcony. I called and let management know. Great location in gated community.

Wow. What a review. And no mention of the many things we resolved for you during you stay. We were there within minutes to you locking yourself in the unit and we sent a handyman in less than 24 hours to handle a slow drain in a sink. The "musty smell" seems to be an opinion as multiple staff members and housekeeping were in the unit the hours prior to your arrival and no one noticed anything. This unit has also been rented consistently for months and your complaint of a "musty smell" is the first we have had. You also chose to rent a pet friendly property when you did not have pets with you...? Most people who are sensitive to allergens or smells usually avoid pet friendly and carpeted units? Carpet shampooing is scheduled at the end of the busy season when there is time for the carpets to dry completely before the next guest. The carpet was also not filthy... it had just been vacuumed prior to your check in and multiple staff members inspected the unit. We did not hear from you regarding getting bit by anything until the day before your departure, you also mentioned it happened in the morning and evenings when you were sitting on the balcony. I explained that the gnats are most active in the summer, when it rains and obviously - outside. We do have quite a few bugs in South Carolina where the average summer temperature is in the high 80's. You also mentioned that you weren't getting bit but the people you were traveling with were. The unit receives routine pest control and we did let you know that. If you left the screen door open while outside on the balcony it is quite possible the gnats could have flown in.
