Just 6 km from the Parc des bogs and near the various ports that allow you to reach by boat Monteisola, the largest lake island in Europe.
Paratico is 30km from Bergamo and Brescia, 60 from Milan and 50 from Lake Garda. Within a few miles you can also visit various shopping malls.

Good to visit Lake Iseo area

This semi-detached house is conveniently located on the highs of Paratico, at walkable distance from the lake. Enough room for 4 and well equipped for your stay, including air conditioning. The owner welcomed us very nicely and shared her tips to enjoy the area and visit different places. At the time of our stay, there were quite a few dogs frequently barking in the neighborhood. Probably less of a concern when you can sleep with closed windows.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, genau wie auf den Fotos. Den Lungolago kann man schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch unser Hund war willkommen.

Casa molto spaziosa

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene in questa villetta a schiera su 3 piani molto spaziosa anche per 5/6 persone. Ha tutto quello che occorre: un piccolo giardino sul retro con tavolo e sedie, cucina ben attrezzata, lavastoviglie e lavanderia, wifi e tv. I proprietari abitano a fianco e sono gentilissimi.

Posto bello e tranquillo in zona residenziale, proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, attenta ad ogni detaglio. Spazi molto grandi, puliti e con ogni comodità. Colegamento WIFI molto aprezzato! Posizione della casa ottima a pochi minuti dal centro di Paratico e Sarnico (5 minuti a piedi) in magnifica zona turistica. Da parte da nostri parenti ospitati... "Muchas gracias hermoso lugar donde pasamos 15 dias maravillosos. Absolutamente recomendable desde todo punto de vista. Muchas gracias, signora Barbara e familia."

Fine if you have a car and/or stay in summer

From the website I was expecting a chalet in a rural setting so we were disappointed to find we were staying in an attached house in a fairly busy street. We didn't have a car but were kindly picked up at and returned to the bus stop by Barbara, the owner. Obviously the house had been empty for a while and took some time to heat up; once warm it was very comfortable and, given that it rained for most of our stay, the two comfortable sofas in the spacious living area were very welcome. Regrettably we didn't feel like exploring much but had a pleasant short walk by the lake and round the attractive old parts of Sarnico. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal in L'approdo restaurant. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had. We were surprised that there was no shower curtain round the bath and, despite various contortions, swamped the bathroom floor. we would recommend installing a shower curtain. I would recommend this house at a warmer time of year and as long as you have a car.

Sehr zu empfehlen, 6 Sterne!

Wir fahren seit ca. 18 Jahren nach Italien in Ferienwohnungen/-häuser und es war die beste Unterkunft die wir bisher hatten. Sehr schönes, neues, großes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine !!, W-LAN, eigene Garage, 2 mal Klimaanlage). Sehr freundliche, deutschsprachige Vermieterin, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zu Seite steht und super Tipps gibt. Auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Region Iseo-See mit den Städten Brescia, Bergamo und Mailand ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Egal ob Schwimmen im See, Bergwandern, Kultur, Shopping, Essen und Trinken alles ist möglich, nichts überteuert oder zu weit weg. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal diesen Ort besucht haben...

Sehr schön !

Das Haus war sehr schön und geräumig.Wir als vier köpfige Familie,haben uns in der Woche,wie zu Hause gefühlt! Es gab nur einen Unterschied zu Zuhause....es waren jeden Tag über 30 Grad und Sonnig. Kann dieses Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

wunderbare Vermieter und ein sehr grosszügiges, gemütliches Haus.

Dieses Feriendomizil werden wir bestimmt wieder buchen, wir waren nur zu zweit mit zwei kleineren Hunden, problemlos . Sehr schön der kleine Garten und vom Balkon ein wunderbarer Blick . Die Garage hatten wir nicht benutzt, aber bei Regen bestimmt super, trocken in das Haus zu kommen. Der Iseosee war uns unbekannt , wir haben viel unternommen, gesehen, Wein probiert und haben uns auch unter die Massen von Menschen auf den " floating piers" von Christo begeben. Musste man gesehen haben, aber ohne ist der See bestimmt noch viel schöner und gemütlicher. Wir kommen wieder ! Danke an Barbara Tengattini !

Toller Urlaub!

Wir ( 2 Frauen) waren eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist super - viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, der See und Sarnico sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin war nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können es weiterempfehlen.

Sonnige Frühlingstage im netten Feriendomizil

Gepflegtes und geräumiges Reihenhaus in einem Wohngebiet mit Kleingewerbe am Ortsrand von Paratico. Lage unspektakulär, gelegentliche Lärmbelästigung durch Straßenverkehr. Im EG Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche und Duschbad, im OG drei Schlafzimmer und Bad. W-LAN und SAT-TV (inkl. 2-3 deutschsprachiger Sender) vorhanden. Mediterran bepflanzter Vorgarten mit sonniger Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheit, zweite Terrasse und kleiner Garten hinter dem Haus. Große Garage im Kellergeschoss mit abschließbarer Zufahrt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin wohnt nebenan, Kommunikation aufgrund guter Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse völlig unproblematisch, fehlende Küchenausstattung wurde sofort ergänzt. Schöne Seepromenade in ca. 10 min fußläufig erreichbar, kleinere Geschäfte und Pizzeria in der Nähe, größere wie z.B. LIDL vor Ort. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Städtetouren nach Bergamo, Brescia und Mailand oder Entdecken der reizvollen Umgebung. Nochmals besten Dank und viele liebe Grüße an Barbara und Familie !

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein geräumiges und gepflegtes 2 Familienhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für schöne Ferien wünscht, optimal ausgestattet mit Badezimmer inkl. Wanne, Toilette im Erdgeschoss und Bad mit Dusche, moderne Küche (es fehlt lediglich eine deutsche Kaffeemaschine, aber wir konnten uns auch so behelfen!), geräumigem Wohnzimmer mit Internetanschluss und Satelitten-TV, drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und breiter Treppenaufgang. Helle und großzügige Räume genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und in der Realität sogar noch besser. Hier stimmt nicht nur das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, auch die Vermieterin war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir konnten uns sehr gut in deutsch mit ihr verständigen. Der Iseosee ist ideal für Spaziergänge und Unternehmungen - besonders mit unserem Hund praktisch - da alles sehr flach und weitläufig ist. Der Ort Paratico ist gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet, insbesondere die vielen Parks und Uferpromenaden. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit den vielen Mücken, also unbedingt Mückenspray mitnehmen! Ansonsten ein unvergesslicher und schöner Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Spacieuse maison à Paratico

A distance de marche du Lac d’Iseo et la ville intéressante de Sarnico nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison d’un couple sympathique et serviable, qui habitent à côté. La maison est très spacieuse et équipée avec tout le confort imaginable. On n’a pas l’impression d’être dans un gîte, mais dans une maison entièrement meublée qui par la propriétaire à été mise à la disposition. Sauf dans le garage également spacieux – dont l’accès est un peu raide – devant la porte d’entrée il y a un parking. La route qui passe la maison a du trafic, mais cela ne dérange pas du tout. Paratico est un angle de départ idéal pour explorer la Franciacorta et des villes comme Bergamo ou Cremona. Nous considérons fortement retourner l’année prochaine parce que nous avons senti très à l’aise ici avec des remerciements à Barbara (la propriétaire), qui nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et pour tout son dévouement.

Stupenda vacanza a Paratico

Sono stato una settimana in questa struttura, una villetta molto ampia con giardino, 3 camere, 2 bagni, salone grande e cucina comodissima, senza dimenticare lavanderia e garage auto. Tutto molto confortevole, a 1 km dal lago; Comoda l'aria condizionata al piano inferiore, bella la struttura, raccomandata davvero!!

Bella Italia, Hundefreundlicher Iseosee

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus mit Garage und Klimaanlage auf beiden Ebenen. Ein kleiner Grasgarten hinter dem Haus und eine Terasse neben dem Eingang. Wir worden sehr freundlich von der gut deutschsprechenden Vermieterin empfangen. Die Vermieterin gab uns viele Information und Tipps, sie war für jede Auskunft bereit und für nette Gespräche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gutes Essen im Ort und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen um die Ecke ( mit frischen Brötchen). Mehrere kleine gemütliche Bar's in der nähren Umgebung. Wir empfehlen gerne das Ferienhaus weiter.

Bella Italia, kreischende Mofas, gutes Essen...

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft, Reihenhaus mit Garage,Terrasse und allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Nette Vermieterin direkt nebenan, Deutsch sprechend und sehr hilfsbereit. 😀 Der Ort macht nicht den Eindruck von Touristen überlaufen zu sein, so kann man am Abend sehr schön und gut im Ort essen. Gute Empfehlungen der Vermieterin sei Dank. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch für uns 4 Biker aus D war alles okay. Das einzige , wir fanden die Matratze in einem Schlaffzimmer zu Hart, das ist aber Geschmackssache. Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee sollte man sich wen gewünscht mitnehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußlaufig vorhanden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hin fahren, auch als Bikergruppe waren wir herzlich willkommen, einschließlich der Nachbarschaft.

Entspannter Urlaub in Seenähe

Wir empfehlen dieses schöne,kleine Ferienhaus in Nähe des Iseosees gerne weiter.Die nette,deutschsprachige Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan und wir wurden freundlich empfangen.Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sauber und modern eingerichtet,allerdings war die Anzahl der Küchenutensilien sehr gering, dieses wollte die Vermieterin jedoch umgehend beheben.Von der Straße direkt vorm Haus ist mit Verkehrslärm zu rechnen uns hat er aber nicht weiter gestört.Man kann den See in kürzester Zeit und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants schnell erreichen.In der Umgebung des Sees gibt es etliche schöne Örtchen zu erkunden.Abends läd die Uferpromenade mit zahlreichen Ständen zum flanieren ein.Alles in allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
