Experience the relaxing and at the same time lively atmosphere of the historic center from this bright apartment, with wonderful views of one of the most prestigious streets of Vicenza, in a recently renovated building, located between the Duomo and Piazza dei Signori, in a pedestrian area, just a few minutes by walk from the train station and two large parking lots.

The apartment measures 600 sq. ft and is located on the first floor with elevator. It’s perfect for 2 people, but can comfortably accommodate 4, thanks to a sofa bed of 140x200 cm in the living room.
It is equipped with everything you need for cooking, with even a small supply for breakfast.
High-speed fiber broadband wifi and 49" Smart TV are available.


The centrality of the apartment makes it very close to the main artistic attractions of the city and to the many activities of the center (restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, shops. . .).

The Conservatory of music Pedrollo, the University, the Fair and the CUOA are easily reachable on foot, by bicycle (provided) or by public transport.

Sehr sauberes und super gelegenes Apartement mitten in der Altstadt von Vicenza. Perfekt für 2 Personen, wir waren zu 4. dort und auch das hat sehr gut geklappt. Dort ist es sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher. Auch das Einchecken und Auschecken hat gut funktioniert.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect and was right in the heart of Vicenza. We were visiting family in Vicenza and we really loved using the bikes that were provided with the apartment as that was the perfect way to get to their location. Gianna was a great communicator and she provided us a very good fan, when we knew it was going to be a hot week during our stay. She checked in on us via What's App to see how our stay was going and sent us a little video on how to make the couch into a bed. Truly top notch communication. Thanks Gianna!

Perfect Location

I highly recommend this apartment. It is perfect for a couple. The on-demand water heater is a nice plus, as is the washing machine. The apartment’s location is just off the Corso Palladio, the main shopping street. You have two caffe bars within steps of the front door. We will definitely return.

The apartment is in a great location just away minutes away from the main square and within walking distance of the railway station. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Gianna the owner was welcoming and provided local information which was very helpful. When we return to Vicenza we will definitely book this apartment.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was within a manageable walk of the railway station and being in the historic centre, everything was on our doorstep. We liked the personal touches and the fact that Gianna contacted us to arrange to meet us when we arrived at the apartment and to show us around as well as contacting us to see that everything was alright during our stay. We loved looking out onto the little street below us and hearing the bells chiming at different times of the day and conversation wafting up. Great location and lovely apartment

This apartment is right in the action of Vicenza. Everywhere is very easy to walk to, and I particularly enjoyed the longer walk up the hill to the Santuario di Monte Berico and then the further trek to the Villa Rotonda. It is a bit of a haul to get from the parking lot to the apartment, but it is fun to stay in a pedestrian-only area, so the trade-off was worth it. The apartment is clean, comfortable and cleverly laid out for a compact space. We really appreciated the food and drinks Gianna had left in the cupboards - it is so nice to not have to buy staples like salt, oil, coffee, tea, etc. Additionally, she left some food for breakfast. There are bunches of excellent cafes and restaurants right around the apartment. Gianna was a very good host: Check-in went smoothly, and she texted once-in-a-while to make sure we were doing well. For anyone going to the Caserma Ederle army base, it would take my husband about 30 minutes to drive there. And with the walk to the parking lot and then changing clothes at the base, he would estimate about an hour. Del Din was about the same distance. This was a great home base for exploring this lovely town!

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old city

We spent two weeks in this apartment and loved being in the old city centre with the market and coffee shops right on our doorstep. Vicenza is a beautiful city with lots of interesting places to visit and it is conveniently on the railway for trips to Venice, Verona, Padua. Gianna, the owner, is very friendly and had provided everything in the apartment, which is clean and modern but with a characterful open beam ceiling. It is useful to have a washing machine and there is lots of space for storing things. Although it was cold weather in November the flat was warm and cosy. Gianna was helpful in recommending places to visit and good restaurants nearby and we enjoyed using the bicycles to get around town. Would thoroughly recommend.
