Hemos estado muy bien en la casa. Ubicación perfecta y es tal como aparece en las fotos. Por poner un pero, el suelo de la terraza que es verde imitado césped y deberían cambiar pues como llueve bastante es un criadero. Repetiremos

Fantásticas vacaciones

La vivienda es perfecta para un grupo familiar como el nuestro, 2 adultos+2 niños, ubicada en pleno centro de Laredo, amplia, cómoda, espaciosa y muy agradable. Excelente comunicación con los anfitriones recibiendo todo tipo de facilidades por su parte. Sin duda repetiremos.

Mooi sfeervol oud appartement in het centrum.Strand en horeca om de hoek. Geweldig dat er een parke

Geweldig plekje. Alleen de nepplanten zorgen maar voor meer stof! Dakterras heeft mooi uitzicht, maar is slordig.

No nos comunicaron antes de la llegada que el jacuzzi no funcionaba, es una parte importante del baño y no lo pudimos utilizar a pesar que se encontraba en la oferta, para bien tienen ascensor

A true gem in a beautiful place, highly recommended

We're a small family with 7y old daughter that love to travel together and discover and explore new places. The apartment is truly a gem in the heart of the town of Laredo - located in the attic of the old building with so much cozy details in it like wooden floors, brick walls, lots of windows and air yet very tastefully decorated. The bathroom is the best I've seen (even in the magazines). The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds in the bedrooms were enormous yet comfortable. Please note that apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building with no elevator, so you'll have to climb the stairs. The owner has been very fast to respond, very diligent and helpful at all times. The town itself is small but nonetheless bustling with lots of restaurants open at the time we stayed which didn't really bothered us at nights though. The town's biggest beach, La Salve is awesome. I recommend you climb the Atalaya hill in the eastern part of the town and enjoy the sunset from there as well as town's skyline. We also have had a privilege to enjoy the yearly Battle of Flowers contest happening in town that fancied sophisticated floating figures made of flowers by locals with a fireworks show later in the night as a cherry on top. Laredo is also in a 1h drive proximity to other remarkable places worth visiting like Bilbao, Santander, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, San Vincent de la Barquera etc.

Fantástica estancia

Ático maravilloso y con encanto. Tiene una zona de juguetes muy chula para los niños. El edificio es un antiguo hotel y la reforma del ático es de diez! Subir con las maletas es durillo, pero Cristina te recibe y te ayuda. puedes estar sin salir en toda la estancia! :). Cerca hay una pastelería deliciosa. Esta muy cerca de buenos restaurantes y la playa preciosa. Muy recomendable! Gracias Cristina y Francisco por unos días fantásticos y por permitir disfrutarlo con nuestros niños y nuestra peluda!

Schoenes Appartment mit toller Einrichtung. Der weisse Sandstrand ist in 3 Minuten fusslaeufig zu erreichen. Das Appartment ist sehr gross und bietet viele Auslaufmoeglichkeiten. Es hat einen Parkplatz vor der Tuer, ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch zentral. In der Naehe befinden sich Restaurants und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten.

Magnifique et très agréable appartement

L'appartement est grand et très agréable à vivre avec une vaste séjour donnant sur une terrasse qui domine les toits et offre une très belle vue sur l'église. L'agencement des espaces, l'esthétique et la décoration ont été étudiés avec soin et procurent un sentiment de sérénité et de plénitude, ici il fait bon vivre. Les équipements sont de qualité, et rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi. L''environnement extérieur est également très agréable, aux pieds du Casco Viejo, commerces , bar et restaurant sont nombreux et variés, le bord de mer à deux pas, et des sentiers de promenades très bien balisés permettent de s'échapper en dehors de la ville pour la contempler depuis les hauteurs . Sont mis à notre disposition par le propriétaire des documents touristiques en plus de ceux disponibles à l'office du tourisme est elle aussi toute proche. Nous avons sincèrement passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement de charme que je recommande vivement à ceux d'entre nous qui souhaite se reposer et rester au calme comme à ceux qui souhaitent bouger, faire du sport, et sortir le soir . Gorgeous loft in the heart of Latedo

The apartment is gorgeous and has been renovated with great care and a loving eye for details – the interior is aesthetic and of premium quality. In the lovely kitchen you will find anything for your needs – not solely the cooking equipment itself, but also spices, oil, vinegar and so forth. The bathroom is a further delight: it is spacious, light and contains both a generous shower as well as a Jacuzzi. If the weather allowed –we visited Laredo in April- we enjoyed our breakfast on the ample terrace in the morning sun. A parking space located in the courtyard of the premises is available as well, which cannot be overvalued considering how few parking spaces are available on the street area outside. The extensive sandy beach “La Salve” (about 7km long) – which is nearly deserted in the pre-season – can be reached within 3 minutes. Dogs are admissible at “La Salve” from the start of October until the end of April. Bakeries, a butcher and a small supermarket can all be reached within just a few minutes, which made the apartment ideally situated for us. Rebeca and Francisco provided us with plenty of insights regarding restaurants and bars as well as ideas for walking excursions and trips and also obligingly answered all our questions in preparation of the trip. Christina genially welcomed us at the apartment and took good care of us during our stay. The apartment was simply perfect for us as well as for our two canines and has proved to be a terrific home base for various trips through the versatile landscape of Cantabria. Please mind that no elevator is available, meaning that the accommodation is not well-suited for persons with reduced mobility.
