Enjoy our Penthouse Condo just across from the widest beaches on Fort Myers Beach. Plenty of room to relax with 2 bedrooms, (New King Size in Master & New Twin Beds in Guest), 2 bathrooms and views of the back bay and the Gulf of Mexico in one of our two screened lanais. One to watch the sun come up over the bay and the other to watch the beautiful sunsets over the gulf. The Den has a sofa with an additional TV if you need some alone time. The living area is open with high ceilings and an eat-in dining area. ALL NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE ! The kitchen has updated cabinets, granite counters, tile back splash, stainless appliances, stainless large sink and a pantry. The guest bedroom opens up to the back lanai. Enjoyment, within walking distance to shops and dining and yet only a short trolley ride to Margaritaville. THIS CONDO IS THE IS REALLY CHARMING !!!
