Enjoy our cozy 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo located just across the street from one of the widest and most beautiful beaches in Florida. A large Nature park is located just minutes from our Condo.

Our condo is welcoming, very clean and in great condition. Perfect for couples and families. Fully equipped condo with everything you will need from cooking to enjoying the beach and pool. This condo is our home away from home and we take great pride in every detail that we hope you will enjoy as well.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and sliding glass doors to the lanai. The third bedroom has a two XL single beds. Large round antique table which sits 8 comfortably. Just a lovely, warm, and ready for use condo in perfect condition! I promise you will love it!

Walk within just minutes to restaurants and shops at Santini Plaza. Trolley stops in front of Santini Plaza and runs regularly day/night with stops along entire island. Publix food store about 1 mile from condo. Rent scooters and/or bikes to ride along on the island. Play tennis or paddle ball on courts located right in front of our condo or enjoy a swimming in our pool.

Fort Myers Beach is located in southwest Florida within a 3hr drive from Miami/Ft Lauderdale/Orlando and about two hours from Tampa. Our condo is located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach, with easy access to Bonita Springs and the Ft Myers Airport (20 minute drive).

Nice Condo Near Beach

The condo was very clean and bright. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The covered parking space kept the car much cooler. We loved the lanai and the pool was nice. I hope FMB comes back from the hurricanes, stays charming, and they finish the road work in town soon. The beach is gorgeous.

Sunny, lovely condo across from gulf

Captains Bay is a very friendly community to stay in. We enjoyed the pool, beach and surrounding areas. Our condo included outdoor seating in the front and a lanai off the back, providing lots of sunshine and natural light. This condo is on the south end of Fort Myers Beach with quick access to the Bonita Springs area and additional beaches, restaurants, shops

Spring Break 2025

My husband and I brought our 12 and 10 year old grandsons down from Ohio for spring break and had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for us and Laura was an excellent host answering all of my questions in a timely manner and offering helpful tips to make our stay exceptional!! I’m sad to leave!

2nd time staying- First l, kudos to the host the unit feels like your own condo. Access to amenities and supplies, it’s like you are home. When we stay we contribute as well (if you are using stuff, add some low items back just like home. Perfect for anyone flying!! Highly recommend for adult group or families 100%

Family Vacation 2024

Laura and MJ are amazing we have rented off them for 3 yrs now. They are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The condo so very clean and welcoming and you are right across from the beach. My family and I enjoy coming down every year and renting from them.

Amazing Condo!!

Everything you need to go to the beach, towels, chairs, floats, beach wagon, coolers. The condo was nice, clean, walking distance to beach, would stay there again in a heartbeat! Washer and dryer in the condo makes it really nice as well! We had 4 adults and 2 kids and everyone loved it.

Was a great time I have stayed in this complex several times. One concern was bedbugs, I know there is sand chiggers down there bit these bites seemed to only happen in bed at night time? Might be something to have checked everyone in my damy had them

We didn't want to leave!

After having another condo cancel on us days before the vacation because of a HOA mix-up, finding this condo at a decent price was a blessing. Short walk to the beach, plenty of space for 5 adults, and fully equipped. We made breakfast every day and had a cooler for snacks/drinks on the beach. Beach towels, bags, chairs, even a beach wheelbarrow all available. (we never used the chairs and wheelbarrow, but it was nice to know we could have). A couple pool floaties for quick relaxing dip in the pool- which was never crowded- at the end of the day's adventures. On the south end of Estero Blvd. which is much less crowded and calmer with plenty of restaurants in walking distance and still only a short drive to the north end for more shopping and entertainment. We all agreed that we were happy the other place cancelled on us because there's no way that place would have been better than this!

Gorgeous, Spacious and Well Stocked Condo in a Great Location

July 2022 Rental. There were 5 of us. My wife, both of my sons who are 20 and 23 and 1 of their girlfriends. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large family room, dining room, laundry room and lanai, we had plenty of space. The bedrooms had large walk-in closets which were nice to keep our suitcases or other personal items out of the way. There was plenty of seating for all of us in the family room and the dining room. I can’t say enough about the condo and how gorgeous it is and how well decorated it is. There is a ton of décor all throughout that is beach themed and just makes you feel like you’re on a beach vacation and is very relaxing. All of this for much less (per night) than what a small hotel room would’ve cost. We were pleasantly surprised on our first day that the whiteboard on the outside of the condo by the front door welcomed our family by name and told us to enjoy our time at the beach. It may not sound like much, but it was a nice and personal touch. We booked the condo several months in advance. We had never used VRBO nor any other type of rental property company previously. So, we weren’t sure what to expect. We had a great experience all the way around and everything was very simple. Laura, the property owner, was fantastic to deal with. Everything about the condo listed was spot on and by far exceeded our expectations. Since we had never rented a condo before, we had many, many questions as I’m sure Laura can attest to. We felt like we were emailing her almost weekly for a while asking every question under the sun. She was always quick to respond and never made us feel bad for asking so many questions. She even went above and beyond with various recommendations. MJ, the property manager on site was also a pleasure to deal with. She was responsive every time we had a question and was always attentive and friendly. She even offered for us to check in a day early and stay a few days later since there wasn’t anyone coming in behind us. The condo was well stocked. There were plenty of paper products. cooking supplies and other household items, even a Keurig machine. There was everything you could imagine for a beach and family vacation. The location is great, right across from the beach and is quiet/peaceful. The pools are nice and quiet. Fantastic vacation that I would highly recommend. Definitely will return. Thank you Laura and MJ for the wonderful hospitality, customer service and excellent communication!

Great turnkey beach friendly condo

We flew in so the fact the host provides access to the owners storage as well as providing items such as beach towels and other items made for a great experience. Spacious, comfortable beds and great location. Being very walkable to Santini Plaza stores/restaurants amd a CVS a huge plus. Definitely the best value fpr a 3br we have found and would certainly rent again.

Christmas Week 2021

I would highly recommend staying here if you have a family with kids. The location is very good as you just have to cross the street and go to the beach by cutting through the Wyndham Hotel parking lot. The tennis courts are fun and the property has a heated pool. The apartment was equipped with everything that you could possibly need starting with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, kids sand toys, tennis rackets, beach paddle tennis. The apartment also has a pack and play and a high chair for babies if needed. The washer and dryer was excellent and the kitchen had good quality dishes and cooking utensils. We did all of our cooking at the apartment! The entire apartment building is very open and safe. You can sit on two patios and get an ocean breeze. The building is a very quiet retirement/family establishment. I would not recommend this for a rowdy crowd. The pool is also a very quiet zone with lots of people just sleeping and relaxing. This is not a resort but more of a living community. The only drawback is that there aren't any shops or stores around where you can get food. You have to drive to Publix or leave the south part of the island through Bonita Springs to go to Aldi, Trader Joe's or Costco/Target. There are no fresh bakeries or vegetable stands. Any food establishment takes forever to get a table and to get service. I would say just make sure you get a bunch of stuff right away and then not use the car much. Lover's Key is very close and the local beach has stunning sunsets. There are no hidden secrets with this apartment just a win win situation all around!

The condo had everything we needed. Beach items, kitchen had all cooking items needed, laundry, and great location. Walk to beach was short. The condo was nice and roomy.We have 4 adults 2 kids. The people in the complex where all friendly. We will definitely be renting again.

Wonderful condo!

Everything you need to enjoy your vacation from a fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels and bedding, and beach toys and chairs with a cart to haul them with. Everywhere I looked was something to make my home away from home more comfortable. Can't wait to come again!

We liked having the convenience of the beach Umbrella, chairs, and boogie board on hand to use for the short walk to the beach. Condo was well stocked with beach towels. Wonderful stay!

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay. The condo was clean and very spacious. We traveled with small children and we had everything we needed from food storage containers for their snacks to endless beach toys, chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon, and beach bags,etc . We literally didn’t have to bring anything for the beach on the trip....they had it all there for us! It was a great location to the beach and the pool was very nice. MJ was so kind and made sure we were having a great trip. We would highly recommend this condo and will be back when we come back to Fort Myers to visit.

We stayed in this gorgeous three bedroom condo just a little walk across the street from the gulf of mexico beaches for a week and it was amazing!! The condo complex is very clean and safe. The best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Lots of room and they had everything for us to borrow for the beach. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Our group of 6 ladies had a fantastic time. The condo was clean and beach towels and coolers were supplied for our beach/pool trips. The pool on property was clean and the residents of the condos were very friendly. The emrgency contact/property manager MJ was in contact and made me feel very at ease. We had a wonderful stay.

Life made easy!!

Condo was fully stocked of everything you think you may or could need. Pictures are 💯 accurate. Place is nice, clean, quiet and just across the road from the beach. We wanted to make visits back to the USA and with our family the most enjoyable and wonderful environment we could find. Every year we visit our condo together with family and friends and build lasting memories. We take pride in keeping our condo in the best condition as our home away from home and hope you will enjoy the same!

Why they chose this property

Fort Myers Beach and especially the south end is perfect if you are looking for a low key, safe and friendly environment. There is plenty to do within walking distance. Beach just a few steps away, a heated swimming pool which is perfect for me! Tennis Courts just in front of condo. Walking distance to restaurants, cafe, and shops. Our condo is furnished and equipped just as we love it. We take pride in the little details and hope that all of our renters enjoy it as much as we do!
