Nice But...
This was our first trip trip to Rocky Point, and overall we enjoyed our stay at Sonoran Sun and in Rocky Point despite some initial issues with the room. First of all the air conditioning was not workiing. We reported this to Casago the property management on-site and they were responsive in calling someone to fix it and ultimately put us up in another suite for the night and compensated us (after a bit of negotiating) for the disruption to our first night. They also had to replace the shower heads in both bathrooms because of water stream low flow due to corrosion. additionally housekeeping failed to properly document maintenance issues or supply the room with things like paper towels and batteries for the phone and remotes, though the checklist was completed. The room was spacious enough for 2 adult couples, the ocean views were beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and ocean swimming, Sandy Beach was great for long walks. We will be back, but will likely rent a different suite.
