About this property

This 7th floor privately owned condominium offers oceanfront views of the city lights and sunsets of Rocky Point, Mexico.

Enjoy the large floor plan of this 2 bedroom unit, along with it's large, furnished balcony. The main room boasts 2 sofas, one is a queen sofa sleeper. There is a large screen TV, cable, cable and Wifi internet, a VCR and 2 DVD players. We offer board games as well.

The bedrooms both include king-sized beds and their own TV's. The master suite opens separately to the patio. It has it's own small bistro seating, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has access to a half bathroom too.

The kitchen is large and ready for anything you might wish to cook up. Full appliances and utilities also. A nearby utility room houses a large washer and dryer combo.

The Sonoran Sun Resort is great. Lots of beachfront here with palapas and chaise lounges. The pools are the bug, and a swim-up bar always a fun place to be. Kids have their own pool, and there are also 2 jacuzzis as well.

The gated resort offers total security, along with amenities like a coffee shop, separate restaurant, convenience store, and kids' playground. Venture just a little beyond the gates, and you are at some of the most popular places for visitors. Here you will find Banditos, Changoes, Garufa Steak House, and vendors for off-road vehicles. There is an in house activities center to help arrange daily activities too.

Great view

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this room. Everything met our expectations. The view is gorgeous. The girl that checked us in was so sweet and helpful.

We went with another couple and we had the best time! The pool, the beach, hot tubs, swim up bar! You name it. Will come back!

A paradise

My family enjoys going to this resort. We’ve been to Rocky Point 7 times and stayed at Sonoran Sun 6 out of 7 times. The property is clean, well maintained and staff are great. Can’t wait to be back!
