3rd Floor, Around 41 stairs going up

Nice 3rd floor mini apartment. 2 nice size bedrooms, 1 updated bathroom. No living room, but 3 different sitting areas with nice views. The front bedroom has a really great view of the beach. No cooking to be done! There is only a mini fridge and a microwave. We were a little disappointed there was no balcony on the 3rd floor, that sent us to the beach more. It was nice to use the buildings showers outside to remove the sand off of us, the public one has a long line.

Nice Spot

Pretty cool spot. The only thing that will throw you off is parking at first. Sounds travel a bit but itโ€™s not overwhelming. Eating establishments and spots to grab drinks for the room is a plus.

The room was very cute and comfortable. It gives more of an apartment feel and was ready when we got there. The rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms. The beach was just across the street in walking distance, so we didn't have to drive to get there.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much, made lots of memories. A short walk across the street each morning had us at the beach for a day of fun. Small shops and restaurants close by for all of the essentials. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster made the time between meals bearable. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, everything that was necessary. Will definitely visit again!

Great Location, clean with plenty of space.

This condo is wonderful, clean, roomy and it's right across the street from the beach and convenient to everything you may want to do. The BR on the 3rd floor has a great view of the ocean. We had a problem with the HVAC but the owner was very responsive and handled it as quickly as he could (it was the weekend). If we visit this area again we would definitely rent again and we will recommend to our friends.

Perfect Location, Perfect... everything!!

The house alone was fantastic, plenty of space for everyone! Loved the fooseball table was definitely a hit! Allen was fantastic in making sure we had everything we needed and the trip went smooth for us. Will forsure be rebooking
