This large 160 m2 gite offers quality services, a sober and careful decor, and has a private terrace with garden. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
This cottage is located in the outbuildings of a great Charentaise that we inhabit. There are 2 other gites available for rent (see our website La Charmaie in Aigrefeuille d'Aunis)
We will therefore be present on your arrival / departure and remain at your disposal for any information needs throughout your stay

It has 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and adjoining private bathroom (Italian shower) and WC
1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed
1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm
A second bathroom with a large Italian shower and WC

Beds made on arrival, towels available.

A dining area with fully fitted and equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, American fridge (ice cubes, crushed ice, freezer, etc.), washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker. ..

Fantastic holiday home

From the moment we arrived and were shown around the property we knew that we had made an excellent choice. The property was light, modern and airy and all rooms were of a very good size. It was well equipped with everything for our needs. The beach is fairly close by and also some very nice restaurants in the vicinity. The owners are delightful people and we would thoroughly recommend this property.We hope to return.
