24m² studio for 3 people, located in the floors of the building, composed of a kitchenette, a living room with a pullout sofa bed (sleeps 2), a small bedroom in mezzanine with 1 single bed, to a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace.

This accommodation does not accommodate extra beds.

Equipment :
Housing is equipped with electric hob, fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee maker.

It also has a flat-screen TV and a safe (extra charge).
Linens are provided.

The terrace has outdoor furniture for pleasant summer evenings with family.
