Parfait / Perfect

This beautiful apartment is ideal. Placed right in the heart of La Baule with a view across the entire bay. It is a great size with generous living space, kitchen, and bathroom. Super clean and with every amenity you could want. I strongly recommend this lovely place and I intend to return soon.

Bon accueil. Appartement agréable et moderne avec belle vue front de mer. Le parking en sous sol est un plus. Appartement bien situé et central mais un bémol, parfois des jeunes un peu bruyant se retrouvant sur la plage le soir .

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis. l'appartement possÚde un trÚs bon emplacement: plein centre avec parking et un accÚs à la plage en traversant la rue. Les gros plus sont la propreté et la vue sur mer exceptionnelle! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !!

La baule n’était pas une decouverte et nous y revenons avec plaisir.La situation de la location Ă©tait parfaite et le temps qui s’annonçait dĂ©plorable a Ă©tĂ© assez ClĂ©ment. Seul petit bĂ©mol l’étroitesse de la place de parking. Par chance la place d’à cĂŽtĂ© est restĂ©e vide mais a 2 voiture de bonne taille ça doit ĂȘtre galĂšre. Chantal et alain

Vue exceptionnelle

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement trÚs propre et fonctionnel trÚs bien équipé. Un bow-window avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan. Vraiment proche de tous les commerces donc pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture.

Beau logement propre trÚs bien situé

Le logement est idĂ©alement placĂ© face Ă  la mer, Ă  proximite immĂ©diate du centre et de ses commerces. Il est trĂšs propre (critĂšre important pour nous), bien amĂ©nagĂ©, complet en ce qui concerne le mobilier et les Ă©quipements mĂ©nagers. C'est le logement parfait pour un couple. A noter quand mĂȘme qu'un boulevard passe devant l'immeuble, pouvant parfois occasionner un peu de bruit (ainsi que d'ailleurs les noctambules sur la plage), mais cest la contrepartie Ă  accepter eu Ă©gard Ă  l'emplacement !

Appartement au top, confort, décoration et vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, commerces à proximité, pas besoin de prendre son véhicule, le parking sous la résidence est un + surtout à la Baule. TrÚs bon accueil et remise des clefs par M. et Mme MERIGNAC.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement meublé avec goût , trÚs bien équipé et fonctionnel. La vue mer est splendide. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de compétence par Cécilia. Cette location est idéalement située. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Nous la recommandons chaudement.
