spacious studio apartment in a large family home. Located in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, with its large windows you have a view on the grand cru Sommerberg and the city of Colmar. Ideal for a couple.
Ten minutes from the city center of Colmar and many typical Alsatian villages, ideal apartment to discover our region.
Completed in 2015, it offers all the amenities (excluding washing machine) and is very well equipped.
For the household, we ask you to return the apartment in the state of cleanliness in which you found it on your arrival.

Ferienwohnung direkt am Vermieterhaus, sehr vernünftig, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert - eben typisch französisch. Ebenso im Umfeld ruhig und gemütlich elsässisch. Vermieterehepaar sehr nett! Erholsames Wandern im Flach- und Bergland (auch für Radfahrer bestens geeignet). Bäcker und hervorragende Gastwirtschaft im Ort. Alles durchaus empfehlenswert! Und nicht zu vergessen: Wein und Burgen im Elsass und den Vogesen erkunden!

Erholung pur

Die Ferienwohnung umgeben von steilen Weinbergen in ruhiger Natur haben wir sehr genossen. Der schöne Ort mit seinen gepflegten Fachwerkhäusern und der Kirche mit gedrehter Kirchturmspitze haben uns positiv überrascht. Alle Ausflugsziele konnten leicht und schnell erreicht werden. Die stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, der schöne Garten und die hellen Panoramafenster mit Blick auf Colmar sowie das sehr freundliche Gastgeberpaar veranlassen uns, diesen Ort bald erneut zu besuchen. Aus unserer Sicht ein echter Geheimtipp.

Prachtige locatie

De accommodatie was heel verzorgd en de gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk. Het enigste minpuntje was dat er geen oven aanwezig was. Wel een microgolf maar met de delicatessen vd streek waren er veel gerechten waarvoor een oven noodzakelijk was. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en ook van het gezelschap vanTittine de kat. We raden het verblijf aan iedereen aan.

Es war sehr schön

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fanden die Vermieter sehr sympathisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll und auch praktisch eingerichtet. Sie geht über zwei Etagen mit Dachterrasse und Sitzplatz im Garten . Tolle naturnahe Lage und trotzdem nahe an Colmar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

un havre de paix au cœur du vignoble tout proche de Colmar

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits pour découvrir les marchés de Noël.Nous avons apprécié de retrouver ce petit nid douillet chaque soir après des journées froides passées à visiter les différents marchés aux alentours. Quel plaisir le matin de prendre le petit déjeuner face au vignoble. Certes, il faut un peu prévoir les courses avant de rentrer car l'offre dans le village est un peu restreinte. Exigeant sur ce point , nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté du logement. Encore merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse. Un très bon souvenir de l’Alsace à Noël.

Herbst im Elsaß mit Sommertemperaturen

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage an den Hängen der Weinberge und trotzdem nicht weit von Colmar und anderen schönen Orten der Weinstraße. Appartement gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir werden versuchen wieder zu kommen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, es war alles sehr sauber und alles Nötige war vor Ort. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und wir können die Wohnung und die Lage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub im Elsass!

Typisch elsäsisch, gemütlich genau den Fotos entsprechend. Sehr freundlicher, herzlicher Empfang. Dachterrasse, Gartensitzplatz. Velos konnten in Garage abgestellt werden. Eigener Parkplatz. Klimagerät vorhanden. Grosse Dusche. Gut ausgrüstete elsäsische Küche. Restaurants im Dorf (Reservieren). Sehr gute Bäckerei. Dort bekommt man auch Früchte, Fleischwaren usw. Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
