Louis was a fantastic host who helped us 1st timers to Paris. He arranged an airport pickup, showed us around the area and checked in to see if all was good. The apartment is well situated with many dining options, a grocery store nearby and easy walking access to 2 subway stations. The bed was comfortable and had excellent water pressure in the shower. Although the kitchen is small it is well appointed for making light meals if so desired. We found that everything we needed was there. This is a great location to use as a base for exploring Paris.

The Champ de Mars and Eiffel Tower is literally 100 yards away! The flat was within walking distance from everything and anything you need. It was so clean and the perfect place to lay your head down after a long day walking the city. We felt like true Parisians! Louis is an amazing host providing transportation to and from the airport (merci Michel!) Restaurant recommendations and fast response to any help we needed! We had an absolutely amazing trip, partly due to Louis and his wonderful apartment! Thank you so much Louis! I hope you will have us back! A bientôt Louis!

Wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The host was responsive, communicative, and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. Great location - A perfect home base for exploring Paris. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing. Louis was so helpful menace at the property helped us with our bags show us around the neighborhood recommended a great restaurants not just on the first day, but gave us recommendations during the week and checked on us place was perfectly located by the Eiffel Tower and the Metro station neighborhood was safe clean very laid-back. I would definitely recommend staying there.

This was the best host we have ever booked and we would definifely stay again. Amazing views and a wonderful neighborhood. The restaurant across the street was on my son's You tube videos while we were visiting. We made friends with all the neighborhood business owners and workers. My sons say they loved it because it was spacious, spotless, a great neighborhood for touring and wonderful for buying and cooking all the foods we love. Also, they loved the elevator because it saved them carrying the heavy bags up the stairs. The host was so welcoming and helpful with all the details of our visit. Very transparent, communicative and kind regarding every aspect of our stay. We appreciate everything.We hope to return anytime we visit Paris. We Highly Recommend this beautiful apartment and extremely attentive and welcoming host.

Our stay in Paris was overall wonderful, clean, & in a great location! The property manager Louis went above & beyond to ensure everything went well…& all with a bonus view of the Eiffel Tower!

Great light-filled apartment in a fantastic location, very close to the Eiffel Tower and public transportation. Louis was a warm and welcoming host, took the time to explain everything, and shared excellent local recommendations. There is a small supermarket next door which is very convenient, and it’s also easy to get an Uber from this location. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back.

This apartment is in a fabulous location. Louis the owner arranged transport from the airport to the apartment which was one of the best decisions we made. We were jet-lagged and the driver was waiting. It was a pleasant journey and it so happened a marathon was being run on the day of our arrival and the driver had to drop us a few blocks from the apartment. No problem, because Louis, the most gracious host was waiting for us and led us and our baggage to the apartment. Louis explained how everything in the apartment worked, gave us restaurant recommendations, explained where the supermarket was located (just a block away), and told us about an open air market that was a fabulous intro to the Parisian neighborhood. As shown in the photos you can see the Eiffel Tower from the living room windows. The apartment was clean, the mattress on the bed and sofa bed were firm and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for us to pick up pastries for breakfast from a fabulous patisserie just a few steps away and enjoy coffee and juice in the apartment, before we ventured out for the day. Departure was also simple, as Louis arranged for the driver to pick us up at the front door of the apartment and return us to the Orly airport as we continued our journey to Italy. We will stay here again on our next visit to Paris and I highly recommend this apartment and this gracious host to you for your stay in Paris!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Views on Eiffel. The apartment was convenient, safe, clean, a 3 minute walk to the Champ de Mars with views of the Eiffel Tower. Great restaurants were within walking distance, & Louis was very helpful & communicative, helping us with transfers from the train station & to the airport, even staying late to meet us when our train was late.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was convenient to shops, restaurants. The train station and bus stop was very close. The Eiffel was about 5 minute walk. The apartment was clean and had many amenities. Louis is wonderful host, he took us on tour of the area. This was very helpful. He checked on us to make sure we were comfortable or if we needed assistance. When I return I know I will try to book this apartment again. Thank you Louis for a great place to stay. Tonya P

This apartment was ideal. We were met by the host upon arrival. He took us on a little tour of the neighborhood, pointing out market, restaurants, atm. The location was perfect, short walk to Eiffel Tower and Seine River. We spent a wonderful 10 days. Louie was always available for questions or suggestion. Would definitely recommend this location. Many great restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our stay! We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight and really appreciated Louis meeting us at the apartment to show us around. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We loved being so close to the Eiffel tower. Also loved sitting by the open windows at night with a glass of wine. tower

Paris pre cruise

We stayed 3 days pre cruise and found this to be the perfect apartment. Louis is a wonderful host who spent time showing me the highlights nearby and assisting me in getting bus and metro passes. We loved the location so close to the Eiffel Tower but easily went to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Louis helped us with transport from CDG to the apartment and also to the train station when we left Paris. He is a wonderful host and would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Paris Apartment!

This apartment was perfect for my mother/daughter Paris trip with my teenager. Great location - lots of restaurants and Metro stops nearby. Safe neighborhood that wasn't too loud. And so fun to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room! Louis was a great host and the introduction to the apartment, neighborhood, and Metro system was incredibly helpful to get us started on our Paris adventure. The apartment itself is a great mix of modern convenience with old building charm. Highly recommend, and would stay here again!

Fantastic!

This was the perfect apartment and location for our trip. And of course, as others have said, Louis is an excellent host. He greeted us and helped us settle in. He was available but gave us our space. The apartment is clean and comfortable, in a neighborhood with markets and restaurants and shops within minutes walking. We would definitely stay here again.
