Great experience

Spectacular views. Beach, Pool and Fishing at your fingertips. Large unit / Plenty of room. Would highly recommend.

This condo is unique in that it is perfect for anyone with difficulties walking. no stairs, no curbs. All surface are flat and the elevator goes from parking lot to condo door... so simple..

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with our condo when we walked in the door and saw the vies of the Gulf! My husband and son love fishing from the dock below and my girls love the crystal clear water of the gulf. The beach is steps away from the condo and the pool and fitness room are spectacular.

Additionally, our condo is situated within walking distance (less than a mile) of many of Marcos finest restaurants.
