MERIDA at Cape Marco, 3-BR 3-Bath Unit 501--990 Cape Marco Drive, Marco Island, Florida 34145 Guard gated community--Awesome place for a fabulous, relaxing vacation for a couple who wants a place to retreat to or for a busy family. Our condo is equipped with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your vacation including linens, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs, kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and utensils..

This condo is situated overlooking the Gulf offering breathtaking views of the barrier islands and all walks of life from Ospreys to Manatee and Dolphins.

3 bedroom, 3 bath, sleeps 6 in 1,800 sq feet.
Amenities include: Air-conditioning, Wireless High Speed Internet, cable TV, heated pool, dock, 6 lighted tennis courts, workout facility with dry sauna, covered parking, gated entry with 24 hour security personnel.

The Master Suite has a King bed with an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and extra large shower . Slider doors access the balcony which is overlooking the Gulf. The Master Suite also has a ceiling fan, plenty of closet space and a TV.

The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds which can be put together if a single larger bed is needed. There is a spacious closet, ceiling fan and a fabulous view of the Caxambas Pass and 10,000 islands. The 2nd Bathroom is across the hall for this bedroom.

The third bedroom has a Queen bed with a walk-in closet, TV, and en suite bathroom. The sliders connect to the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo has a large kitchen with pantry and soft close cabinets, coffee maker, microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer, dual sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher and cooktop oven combo. There is plenty of room and prep space for preparing a family meal or maybe a light snack to enjoy while on the balcony watching the boats, marine life, sunrises and sunsets

The condo has a Laundry Room with a full size washer and dryer.

The Dining Room seats 6 and has sliders that access the balcony with a view of the Caxambas Pass. This balcony wraps around and connects to the Living Room balcony.

The Living Room has a ceiling fan and comfortable overstuffed leather seating for 6, cable TV and sliders that access a large balcony with gogeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Because this is a SouthWest facing end unit, there are breathtaking views from virtually every room in the condo.

THE CONDO WAS PERFECT FOR OUR MONTH-LONG TRIP TO PARADISE. THE WEATHER WAS AMAZING. THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN, GOOD SIZE, GREAT VIEWS, WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE 3BR UNIT. We love Marco and our stay in the Merida building of Cape Marco was terrific. We used the balcony a lot because the view of the gulf and the islands were just beautiful!! The owner - Larry - was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! We will be back!

Cape Marco adventure

We had a fabulous experience at this beautiful condo. The owners greeted us the day we arrived and gave us a tour of the condo and the building complex. We so enjoyed the wrap around balcony viewing the beautiful Gulf, dolphins and manatees. My husband fished in front of the condo almost every day. This condo is perfectly decorated with all the amenities you need. We plan to return next year.

Best condo on Marco Island

Larry and Michele was a joy to work with. He was prompt with responses when I sent messages. The condo has amazing views of sunrise and sunset on the huge patio. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable! It is well furnished with towels, beach gear, and cooking items. The pool area is the best of any condo I have stayed at on Marco and I’ve been coming for 35 years. I loved sitting on the 9” shelf area in the pool to stay cool. It was never crowded on the pool deck. Cape Marco is very well kept and beautifully landscaped. There’s several beach access areas on the property or you can walk to south entrance where there’s a handicap accessible mat. When the cable and living room tv didn’t work they came over immediately to rectify the problem. I can’t say enough good things about this condo.

AMAZING LOCATION

We have stayed in Marco every year since 2008 and this was by far the most amazing property. The outdoor patio wrapped around the condo allowing you to see sun and sea from every room. We woke up to the most beautiful sunrise in our eyes and watched the sunset with a glass of wine and enjoyed the boaters make their way home. We never cooked in the condo apart from breakfast but it was fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The beds were comfortable(i actually took the model to replace one of mine at home), 3 full bathrooms-a joy with 4 girls and a beautiful living/dining area. I met the neighbor several times and enjoyed conversation. My teens used the tennis/work out facility daily. The entire place is meticulously maintained making Marco even more enjoyable. Larry the owner met us the day we moved in and communicated efficiently. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

Made in Heaven

If I could give this property, Larry, and Michelle 10 stars I would. Not only was this property beautiful and relaxing but Larry and Michelle made it incredibly easy to check in/out and their communication with us was nothing short of outstanding. He even gave me exact directions to the property and walked me through all of the amenities. Incredible. Never had that personal touch that is so necessary yet so absent from any rentals. It is heaven there. Plenty to do (shelling, fishing, pool, beach, sun and fun for everyone). We've been visiting Marco for over 20 years and have yet to experience such a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful place with all of the amenities you could wish for. Truly a gem to experience. Everyone from Carmel at the office to Paul the security guard were outstanding. Larry, you're the best. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity in carrying us through one of the best experiences that we've ever had in Marco. We plan to retire here in hopes of continuing the tradition that people such as yourselves offer to perfect strangers on a daily basis.
