Bright, open and spacious Living Room + Sunroom, Kitchen and Dining area. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Comfortably sleeps 6. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed w/ Shared Full Bath. Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds w/ Shared Full Bath. Bedroom 3: Master Bedroom En suite w/Queen Bed.
Come and relax in the sun or swim in the surf at this beautiful, newly renovated & furnished first floor condo. Less than 2 miles from the beach,, allows you to enjoy the peacefulness of Southbridge Villas while being within a short drive to downtown Myrtle Beach.
The 1,500 square foot, 3 bedroom condo features a 55" flatscreen HDTV in the living room along with a DVD player. There is also a flatscreen TV in the Master bedroom.
A washer and dryer is also included for your convenience.
New cabinets, countertops, and appliances, including a dishwasher in the fully equipped kitchen will make preparing meals a pleasure.
If you want to lounge outside and enjoy the sun or go for a nice swim, the saltwater pool and clubhouse are just around the back of the condo. There are also charcoal grills outside for your convenience.
For the golfer there are MANY golf courses in driving distance; with 3 courses less than a mile away: Indigo Golf Course, Indian Wells Golf Course, and John Daly's Wicked Stick Golf Course.
We are close to both Rt. 17 Bypass and Rt. 17 Business which allows easy access to food and entertainment such as: Market Commons, Murrell's Inlet March Walk, Myrtle Beach, Huntington Beach State Parks, and Pawley's Island.
For shopping there are two different outlets only a few miles away and a grocery store within walking distance.
The airport is only a short 8 miles away.
Whether you are planning a family vacation or a Golf outing with friends, we are sure that you will find this condo to be an inviting place to stay and enjoy the Grand Strand.
Please note: There is a pond that is viewable from the front of the condo entrance. It is not fenced and there have been reports of a gator from time to time. Please use caution near the pond.
We supply a started pack of TP, paper towels, a few extra trash bags, travel soaps, etc. to get you through the first few days. This may not last your group for the entire stay.

No commercial vehicles.

Per our HOA rules, we must get a signed leased from each guest. Please provide me with your email upon booking. (It will be short and sweet, and you won't be agreeing to anything you don't see listed on here).

Sisters Vacation

This is a first floor condo with great appeal. The host has the best of every thing we needed. Plenty of paper products, soaps and even an extra tooth brush if needed. In the laundry room there was TIDE and dryer sheets. The place was sparkling clean ! Beds were very comfortable with high end sheets . Extras were in each closet. There was a beach umbrella, chairs and even beach towels if you needed them. We definitely would return ! Enjoyable stay for sure !

Wonderful little place

This condo is great for a family. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach. She has coupon books and a list of activities that are fun for the family for us, was nice. Very spacious and easy to check in. The only down falls for us, there was only a half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom to begin our trip. As a family of 5 for a week it was def not enough, so i ended up having to go to the store and buy a package of our own. The master bed could def stand to be more soft, by day 3/4 my husbands back could def feel it, and also we noticed there were spots on the sheets on the bottom of the bed. I don’t know if they were put on the bottom in hopes we wouldn’t see them, but it’s just a nice sight as a visitor. But overall, everything was wonderful and i would stay here again.

Great location and close to the beach. Very well decorated and extremely clean. The owner was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions/needs we had. Nice pool close to the condo. We plan to stay here again!!

Very Nice Place!

We enjoyed out stay even though we were farther away from Myrtle beach as we usually are, we were able to see the Murrells Inlet and it was a great experience we love it out there. The bed was a bit uncomfortable it was difficult to sleep comfortably.

Perfect stay

This is the place to stay, it was so peaceful and relaxed. We loved the location it was true to what is posted we had way enough space for my family, also Anna was great she gave us tips on things to do while on the visit she replied fast she allowed us to check in a few hours early we had our day planed but the rain came so we was able to check in early. The location is perfect, the condo nice clean everything you need to cook with. It’s a home away from home. Thank you
