About this property

Our beautiful lakefront, beach inspired home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The 4th Bed room is a walk through to get to the hall bath. Huge master with newly updated master Bath, a pillow top queen bed. All Bed Rooms have Queen Size Beds. Will sleep Only 8 people. Sorry No Exceptions!
A roomy & open Living area. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, Crock Pot, microwave and dishwasher. Dining area seats 6 with seating for an additional 4 at the bar. Cable TV included in living room , Master and 2nd bed. DVD/VCR player in the living room. Large roomy corner lot with 2 large decks. The back deck overlooking the lake. Where you can fish in
Gas grill is provided. Washer and Dryer. A golf cart is included in the rental, which is a $399.00 per week value if rented in the community!
Just a short walk to the private community beach. Beach access includes bathroom and shower.
Bed Linens and Towels are not furnished. All Beds come with quilted spreads. 2 pillows per bed, All furnishing are New!
We have a Propane Grill that is in the Garage!
In Our Rental Agreement, The Renter Agrees to Leave Our Beach Home as they Fount it Clean! Renters Must use Hose to clean Golf Cart of Sand!!
Rental for Summer Months are by the Week only.! 7 Days for One Week!

October Getaway

We loved the community! Very friendly neighbors! The golf cart was a great bonus to get to the private beach parking area. We had great weather the whole month of Oct. to enjoy the beach and nice pool area with hot tub. Mr. Harris was very friendly and helpful! The only thing I had an issue with was the cleanliness of the house. We were charged a cleaning fee but I spent the first week cleaning. The bathrooms were not cleaned and it was very dusty. Had to bring our own bed linens and kind of glad we did because the mattress covers were dingy and some were stained. I washed 2 of them and bought 2 new ones to use while we were there. Again, Mr Harris is a very nice man and we appreciate him but I think he needs to change cleaning services.

Perfect location in Surfside

Perfect location and great communication with the host. The beach house was comfortable and kitchen equipped for cooking in. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and area attractions. The golf cart was a fun addition.

Enjoyed our stay

The house is nice and so are the owners. However, there was no shade on the deck. We went and brought a tent but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

Beautiful home, spacious, and very nice owners. We really enjoyed our time together. The kids loved the pond behind us, seeing the turtles, swans, cranes, and ducks. Very nice golf cart made every little outing fun. We would stay here again
