Location is everything! Enjoy true ski-in/ski-out convenience from our beautifully updated 1-bedroom condo at Sunstone Resort, ideally located next to Eagle Express Chair 15 which usually operates mid Dec. through mid April, snow dependent. Please check Mammoth Mountain Website for current lift operations and seasonal opening & closing dates.

Grab your skis or snowboard from the guest locker room, step outside and you're on the slope. When your ski day is over, ski right back to Sunstone—no driving, shuttles or hauling equipment back and forth.

Beautiful mountain views, a private balcony, heated underground parking, pool and spa, fitness center, high-speed internet—and NO RESORT FEE.

YOUR MOUNTAIN RETREAT

Our remodeled condo offers everything you need for a comfortable Mammoth getaway.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, while the inviting living room has a gas fireplace, large leather sofa, 55" Roku TV, Bose Bluetooth soundbar and high-definition cable.

The sofa opens to a queen bed with a memory-foam mattress. The separate bedroom features a comfortable king bed, quality linens, feather pillows and flat-screen TV.

Step through the glass doors onto your private balcony and take in the beautiful mountain views.

The remodeled bathroom features travertine, granite countertops and a deep tub/shower.

Guests also have key-card access to secure heated underground parking throughout their stay.

EAGLE EXPRESS CHAIR 15

Eagle Express is located right next to Sunstone and typically operates from mid-December through mid-April, depending on snowfall and mountain conditions. Before Eagle Express opens for the season, skiing and snowboarding are available from Main Lodge or The Mill.

Great little unit. Excellent location with ski in and out. Communication was also perfect. The unit is relatively small but perfect for 2. with more than 2 it gets a bit squishy as there is limited storage space.

We love the eagle lodge (chair 15) area. This was our first time at Sunstone, and definitely will be our go-to from now on Had everything we needed for trip, easily made several meals at the condo. My daughter really enjoyed reading in the large community sitting room on the 1st floor with huge viewsThis is a great property. The host communication was excellent and exactly as described. Thank you!

We stayed for one night while traveling back from Tahoe, and the property was exactly as described. Communication with Kerry was excellent—she responded promptly and helpfully prior to our arrival. The unit was very clean, and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable.One notable issue: upon arrival around 4 p.m., the indoor temperature was approximately 80F and remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night (hovering around 79F) as there is no A/C. The single tower fan provided had limited airflow, and the windows only tilt open a few inches, which restricted ventilation. Guests who are sensitive to warmer sleeping temperatures may find this challenging during the summer months. Adding a second, more powerful fan (one for the bedroom and one for the living area) would be a worthwhile improvement.On the positive side, we enjoyed the pool—the water temperature was ideal, and the surrounding tables, umbrellas, and seating made for a pleasant place to relax. The complex is situated in a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet area of Mammoth, which was a definite highlight of our stay.
