This property is centrally located in the Denver Tech Center(DTC) right on the RTD Light Rail system, so easy access to work either in the DTC or even downtown Denver, where there's also a great nightlife, the Performing Arts Complex, the Convention Center and all major professional sports. All connected via a great mass transit system. It's also right on I-25 for easy access to DIA, the mountains, Denver, or Colorado Springs.
