Enjoy the deck and pool with spa. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms 1 with ensuite, and a bunk room with ensuite equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. Comfortably sleeps 16 guest. The living dining room has a large Amish solid wood banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. The wrap around deck goes around the home so you can watch the sun come up and the sun go down. Large private in-ground swimming pool and SPA that can be heated, and outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas grill and a charcoal grill which every you prefer. Also a outside dining area. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, WIFI, full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars.
This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $165.00 for one pet or $330.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. Rates are subject to change.

Great property for families of all ages. The house is stocked with just about everything we needed. This is our third year at this house. My adult kids love the hot tub and the grandkids love the pool. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories

The good: Location is PERFECT. House is very spacious. The bad: Unfortunately the pool was filthy the entire time we were there because the filter was broken. I understand things break but the pool was the reason we booked the house. The only way to communicate with the owner is by email, I asked for a phone call but did not get one. Some communications took more than a day to respond. Beds are rock hard. I would stay here again with an assurance of a functioning pool, and possibly purchasing a mattress topper while I was there.

Great house! The bunk bed room was the best for the grandkids. Plenty of room for all of us. Walk to the beach. Bike on the back roads. One of our favorite places!

Our family of 7 had the best time here! The house was perfect from the cleanliness and size of the home to all the amenities! Check in was a breeze and becoming familiar with local restaurants and grocery stores was easy thanks to the detailed list left for us!! We will absolutely be returning next year!!

Great House—Great Location!

Pictures don’t do this house justice—-it’s huge! Lots of room for everyone, and the bunk room is PERFECT for teenagers. Kitchen is stocked with all that you will need, and there’s lots of counter and cabinet space. Everyone enjoyed having our own private pool, so glad we chose Flip Flop Retreat for our vacation!

A great relaxing week and we particularly enjoyed the wrap around porch and pool. Be very careful on the stairs as there isn’t always a railing and they aren’t all even.

Favorite Place

This house and location were everything we hoped for and more. Just steps away from the beach and when we didn’t want to go to the beach we were relaxing by the pool. Tons of seating and space for all. The bunk room was perfect for our group of teen girls. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. By far in the 6 years of vacationing with our family and friends, this has been our favorite home and location. We hope to be back.

great house for a large family

We have a large multi-generational family. The four bedrooms plus a very large kids room accommodated us quite well. One grandparent had a room to himself; the other two grandparents slept in the kids room on the twin beds. It was a good fit all around. Of course, the kids loved the pool. Nice big living area and the wonderful wrap around upper decks fit our needs beautifully. This is our second year at this house and we hope to return next year.

Yearly family beach trip

We go to Navarre every year with our two adult children and their young children. We usually rent a townhouse on the beach. This year we decided to try your house because of the pool. We couldn’t have been happier. Getting to the beach w our crew was no problem And everyone loved having the pool. Great entertainment for everyone. The house is huge and our little ones loved having their own room to hang out together. We will definitely be back next year!

Holiday House

Overall this was a great house for our group of 13. Lots of room and great wrap around porch. The pool is amazing! It would have been nice to have beach access right across the street but it wasn’t far. There were a few cleanliness issues including mold on the fridge ice/water dispenser and moldy shower curtains. I know this can’t be controlled but T he algae at the beach was unreal. The kids were not happy so we had to drive to Destin for clear water.

Wonderful Spring Break get away

What isn't to love about this house? Great location, plenty of space inside and out, one of the few swimming pools in the area. This was the perfect retreat for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. I sent the owners a couple of questions and both were answered within an hour! Even with 9 people in the house, everyone had plenty of space and it never felt cramped or crowded. About the only downside is that sounds tend to carry since there is so much open space inside, so early risers had to be mindful of any noise they were making that might disturb those that wanted to sleep in! I highly recommend and would definitely stay in the house again if it is available the next time we visit Navarre.

Loved the pool!

We have never rented a beach house with a pool before. I’m so glad we did this time. It was great to come get in the pool when the June grass was very thick at the beach and at night after dinner. The house had lots of room. We had 15 people ages ranging from almost 1 to almost 70. Unfortunately, I’m assuming the guests before us didn’t take out the garbage cans before we got there on Saturday and the trash cans were almost full. Luckily we brought large trash bags. There were some small details to cleaning that need need to be addressed. Over all we had a great stay.

Great Place

House was beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The wrap around porch was a perfect place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings. The kids loved all the beach toys in the shed and swimming in the pool. The only problem we had was the hot tub didn't work. I contacted owner and he was quick to respond but unfortunately it didn't get fixed until the last day we were there. The weather wasn't great while we were there and the hot tub would have been nice to have on the chilly days. Also just FYI there are not TV's in all the bedrooms. Not having a TV in the bedrooms was a big negative for a few of the guest which I didn't know before booking.

Great Family Home!

This was our first time to stay at this beautiful home and it won't be our last. The online pictures really don't do the house justice. It is very open and airy with lots of natural light. The family room is spacious with enough room for everyone to hang out, yet not be in each other's way. The kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked most of our meals) and we used the grill several times as well. Honestly, we spent most of our time outside either on the deck (both front and back - each had ample seating) and underneath the house. We brought hammocks and using the support poles, strung them up and enjoyed sitting, reading, and of course, napping! There was a pleasant breeze that flowed under the house 24/7 and made the heat bearable. The pool was perhaps the best part of the entire property! It is HUGE! We brought an inflatable volleyball net and basketball goal (which we left there for others to enjoy) and there was plenty of room to hang out in the pool even when others were playing. It is well lit so you can swim after dark as well.There were 11 of us altogether, and we never felt crowded. We all appreciated the fact that the home is on one level. Since we had a 2-year-old and a 9-month-old, I was comforted by the fact that the deck had gates to keep them "contained" and the pool is also surrounded by a fence with a door that locks, but is easy for the "big people" to access.We've already booked our stay for next year!

Family Beach Trip

Fantastic location, quiet area, close to beach access. Beautiful home and owner very responsive. Pool was fantastic, the family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Wrap around deck was great. Only negative was the size of one bathroom/shower.

Perfect stay!

My family and I came the week of July 4, 2025, a busy week as far as traffic goes, but for what time we drove, it was fine, just got more congested closer to the holiday. The house is way bigger than we thought. We had plenty of room for the teens and adults. The AC worked very well, as well as the washer and dryer. Oh, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware and serving pieces well over what we have found in past rentals. We had no hiccups at all. The pool was an added plus, although the rain at the beginning of the week messed up the chemicals in the pool, but not so much the hot tub area, where everyone seemed to go. Tom was a fabulous host and answered any questions or concerns I had immediately, which was well appreciated. I would highly recommend this rental. We would certainly stay again if available.

This was our third year staying here. We go every year with kids and grandkids. The house is perfect for large families and multi family groups. And, is very well equipped with everything u would need. The kid room is huge and always a big hit. Tom has added several new bikes that we enjoyed We were concerned about not being on the beach but we leave our chairs/tents and ice chest in car and drive to crossover and pull wagon to beach. No problem at all. And, having our own pool helped make it a great week

Beautiful place with a wonderful location

We've been coming to Navarre Beach every year since 2014. This was our first house experience due to a growing family. The house was the perfect setup for our large family needs. The pool and hot tub were nice too. Great location even for not being directly on the beach. We would definitely rent again.
