Welcome to your own slice of paradise! Navarre beach is a quiet island located on the beautiful white sand beaches of the gulf of Florida. This 4 bedroom (including loft room), 2 bathroom 2500-square foot condo boasts three separate floors along with a loft on the third floor with a sleeper sofa that can be used as a fourth bedroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking both the pool and private beach with a dock great for fishing and watching sunsets. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking perfect sunsets over the water, as well as a 5 head granite walk-in shower and oversized whirl pool tub. The condo comes with access to the pool, tennis court, private beach. Condo rental includes kayak, a paddle board, and beach toys. Walking paths out of the condo along the beach road take you to Juana's Bar, Sailor's Grill restaurant, or the Beach House restaurant with fire pits on a balcony overlooking the gulf. The gorgeous Gulf Island National Seashore is just a few minutes down the road and one of the most breathtaking 7 miles you will ever see. This seaside escape is perfect for a family vacation, relaxing getaway or romantic trip to the beach. This unit is one of the prime units in the Buena Vida community with breathtaking views creating a quiet relaxing ambience...you don't want to miss this.

The location of this home was amazing. Within walking distance of one of our favorite hangouts (Andy D's) and super close to the pier. The view was spectacular! The hosts were amazing and were very quick to respond! Very easy to deal with! The grounds were super clean as was the pool. Very well taken care of! We enjoyed fishing from the dock and just sitting in the evenings! Home was big enough to seperate yourself from the group and have privacy. We would definitely recommend and book again! ....The master bathroom was amazing. We loved the SHOWER!!

This was our family's first time to Navarre Beach and we really liked it. The location of the townhouse and where the townhouse was sitting within the complex was wonderful. The views from the deck are as pictured. We love the water so being that close to the Santa Rosa Sound and then having the Gulf of Mexico just a short walk down to the public boardwalk to access it was awesome. We also greatly appreciated that the owners had a double kayak and a paddleboard and used both. With being that close to the water, I think having those amenities available for people who enjoy water activities is definitely a nice addition. They also had beach chairs available to use and we used those as well. We tend to cook in most of our meals, so a crockpot has become something we need. It was great they had a crockpot there we could use. Overall, we really enjoyed the townhouse and the area. It is hard to find properties who allow pets, have the number of bedrooms we need, and have great views of the water so we were very pleased to find that and ended up really enjoying our vacation. I also appreciated the great communication I had with the property owner. He was very tentative to my inquiries and asked for any feedback I had. We definitely want to come again in the future.

Great visit!

Condo was great. Heidi, the concierge was awesome, doing everything to make our stay perfect. This place had kayaks and paddle boards and a great pool. We overlooked the bay where Jaws was filmed - that was cool. Dolphins in the bay. ( no sharks)!!

Great spot on the Bay - easy access to ocean!

A girlfriend getaway is just what we needed! So enjoyed the space and the location. Great deck overlooking pool and bay. We ended up going to the State Park which is a few blocks away with great facilities - bathrooms and beach were fantastic. We had a great time hanging at the pool. Sunset was great. Thanks so much for sharing your space!

New Years

Our overall stay was very relaxing. Heidi was a big help and I really appreciate her meeting our WalMart delivery and having the groceries put up!! She made us feel very welcome and had wonderful suggestions. I highly suggest visiting the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and the Gulfarium! We truly look forward to visiting Navarre again.

Great Experience

Our group of five adult family members (and one tiny Yorkie) were very comfortable and found the townhome to be clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. Property manager Heidi went overboard to make sure we had everything we needed. The view of the sound was beautiful from the living room and upstairs den. Some of us went out on the private pier to watch the sunset (gorgeous) and we also watched from the third-floor balcony. The bed was SO comfy, and I loved the huge master bath. I would definitely recommend this location to friends.

Awesome place to stay!

Chris was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions I had. The property manager was by far the most personable and helpful I’ve ever encountered. She was quick to respond when I had a question about the beach. The property itself was everything advertised and more! Every well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and umbrella for our use. Very pleased and will certainly be back! ***the national sea shore was only 10min away and worth the drive to avoid the crowds of the public beach!***

Family Vacay

We booked this to celebrate our oldest grandson's 16th birthday. All he wanted was to experience the beach for the first time. We had a wonderful time. The house accommodated us well. Our hostess Heidi was amazing. Our grandson paddle boarded and kayaked for the very first time. He loved it. Our youngest granddaughter was with us and she had a blast as well. Not sure what they enjoyed the most, the beach or the pool. Needless to say we all enjoyed our family time together. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property — it truly exceeded all of our expectations for a family getaway.The home itself is wonderful, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the kitchen to all the little conveniences that make traveling easier, it felt comfortable, functional, and truly like a home away from home.The standout feature for us was the incredible proximity of the pool — just steps from the back door (about 20 feet). It made the entire trip so easy and relaxing, especially with kids. We could effortlessly go back and forth between the house and the pool all day long. We also just watched the kids from our back deck during happy hour. The deck takes the experience to another level. Overlooking both the pool and the private community beach, it’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind in the evening. The sunsets from the deck, with views over the pool and the Gulf sound, were absolutely breathtaking — easily one of the highlights of our trip. We also saw dolphins, which they kids loved.We also liked the extra touches, like having canoes available for heading out to the beach — such a fun and unique bonus that our family really enjoyed.The location is ideal. It’s peaceful and family-friendly, yet still within easy walking distance to restaurants, making it simple to grab a meal without needing to drive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! Excellent hosts!

"SLICE OF PARADISE" IS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

Our family had an Amazing stay at "Slice of Paradise!!" The location was perfect- it had the pool, beach front, fishing wharf all right in front of our 3 story condo! Heidi, the Property Manager, was FANTASTIC! She answered all of our questions and was so warm and friendly- really made us feel right at home! Chris and Bekah, the homeowners, have thought of every detail- from the comfy beds, plenty of linens and beach towels & beach toys; great a/c and paddle fans throughout the house...and the VIEWS! We enjoyed sitting on the balconies and watching the famous Navarre sunsets. It was close to many local restaurants and we enjoyed visiting the Turtle Conservancy and snorkeling the man made reefs. The main reason we booked the property was being dog friendly, but we got so much more!! Can't wait to return to "Slice of Paradise!"

Perfect relaxing beach get-away

I loved this quiet beach escape. My family and I found Navarre after looking for a less touristy location than Destin or Seaside along the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Florida. This 3 floor townhome immediately set us in the vacation mode with it's coastal décor. There was plenty of room for myself, husband and our kids. The location was perfect, overlooking the water and pool. My absolute favorite part was sitting on the master deck at night watching the sunset overlooking the water with a glass of wine. We could also watch our kids playing at the pool or private condominium beach from the deck. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle board and even attempted to fish off the dock. We saw neighbors catching crabs in their traps which was pretty cool. It was the perfect "outside" vacation going to the gulf side public beach in the afternoons which was a 2 minute walk across the street, returning to the pool after lunch and playing in our own private beach until the evening. We also enjoyed family tennis. The kids loved hanging out in the loft watching movies at night with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water. I highly recommend this rental unit, beautiful home well maintained in a perfect location. No need to ever leave the island for the duration of the stay!

We couldn't have booked a better place to stay! I traveled with my family of 7, and it was so spacious that everyone had their own space. The master bedroom and bathroom was very elegant and cool. Couldn't even hear the kids downstairs. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, and when you open the back door, you are literally 15 steps from the pool and private beach. The beach is calm like a lake and so clean. We also had the use of a kayak and paddleboard, tons of beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella so no need to pack all those things! Right across the street from the public beach and restaurants! We will be staying again. The hosts are very responsive and very nice.

Great property, the AC units shut off everyday, I don’t know if they were on a timer or what, but it would take several hours to cool down, but with the pool literally outside the door, keeping cool was no problem, definitely would stay there again

Fantastic condo…great location and highly recommended!!

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful view!! It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. If you had a problem then she handled it or if you needed anything then she got it for you. The condo provided the use of beach chairs, and a wagon for the walk to the beach, a kayak for the bay and fishing poles for fishing from the dock. We used it all and could not have asked for anything more. We also really loved that it was pet friendly so we were able to take our dog. This was our family’s first time visiting Navarre and we loved it…we will definitely be going back!

Navarre Beach Paradise

This property is PARADISE! The unit has beautiful decor and fun painting and art touches to make it a true beach property! We loved the dock - fishing for sea trout in evening and fishing during the day! A short less than 5 minute walk to beach made our visit fantastic! Thank you for sharing your townhome with us!
