About this property

Located on an acre lot just 10 minuets from Kyle Field! Our house is south of town between Wellborn and Millican. The spacious backyard, with a pool, is perfect to catch some rays either before or after the big game. Two outdoor seating areas and TV's allow you to keep track of all the games around the country. The open design living and kitchen areas are great to enjoy a meal or just visit with family and friends. The master bedroom is huge, with a king bed and 50' TV. The other 3 bedrooms include queen beds. The house includes two and a half baths and an oversized driveway with plenty of parking. We would love to be your host here in God's country. Gig'em!

Excellent Home away from Home

This property served us extremely well for a long weekend for a baseball tournament in College Station. Well stocked, everything clean and comfortable, and a great place to spend down time. The pool was a welcome each late afternoon and evening. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, the grill was in excellent shape, and the outdoor areas were even better than they look in the photos. Would recommend and defiantly stay again in the future. Thanks for sharing your home!

Aggie Getaway

The property suited our needs for Aggie Ring Day & Family Weekend for 6 The outdoor Aggie decor living space with pool and hot tub were awesome & added bonus. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices. There was limited freezer space as they were full of host's food. The hot tub takes 4-5 hours to get hot, but we were able to use the other nights. Chris was timely in responses and check in to check out was seamless. Highly recommend the house and we'd rent this property again.

Family Corp March In Weekend

Our nephew is a Senior in the Corp...last family March in weekend....the house and property are beautiful and very spacious...this made our last March in weekend so memorable...and good to be down the road from the city but not too far

Great Gameday Getaway!

We spent the weekend for the Aggie/Alabama game. The accommodations were great for friends spending a weekend together, grilling and games. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend this property!

Basketball Tournament Pad

We came into town for a basketball tournament. It was a perfect spot for our 2 families to stay and host a team luncheon. Outdoor space was the perfect setting for a team chat! Things were clean and beds comfortable. Needed help with the TVs, texted the home owner and immediately got a phone call to help us! Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful home for gameday weekend

This house was perfect for our weekend at A&M to see the football game. the host, Chris, was easy to reach and made our check in process and stay seamless. The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space to accommodate 3 adult couples. Nice outdoor sitting area with tv, pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Aggie football

We stayed in the listing for an Aggie football game. The property was very consistent to the listing. The only drawback was the refrigerator was very full because the owners live in this house full-time. Communication was excellent with the owner and we enjoyed our stay.

Graduation

Our family had a wonderful time celebrating graduations and enjoying this beautiful home. Everyone loved the location and the spacious backyard and the pool was enjoyed by all. We even had a great view from backyard to watch lunar eclipse and star gazing. Chris was a wonderful host! Would highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.

Aggie Birthday Party and Football Game

Beautiful one story house with a pool, lots of parking, basketball goal, large yard, outdoor patio and yet secluded. Master bedroom is very comfortable. Owner very considerate, left us gift package with something for everyone. Very convienient location for Aggie sporting events.

Great place for Ring Day Weekend

Our family stayed here and had a few of my son’s friends over for a Ring Day Party, it’s a perfect location for that with pool, hot tub, grill, and 2 fire pits in a large backyard. Definitely recommend.

Aggieland Getaway

It was just as the title suggests. The backyard and pool was the highlight of the trip and our reason for booking. My family and I wanted a space for friends and family to have fun and relax, for my graduation weekend, it was a great spot! The little cousins definitely took advantage the most. The house was great and more than ample space to fit our group. 10/10 would stay again.
