Pleasant apartment for 4 people. Possibility 6 people with supplement (a large bed in the bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the cabin, double sofa bed in the living room). Close to beach and shops.
ANY COMFORT (flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, 2 hotplates, coffee maker, reversible air conditioning), very bright thanks to its large picture window overlooking the terrace. Garden Lounge. Separate toilet.
VERY QUIET (not overlooked), IN A SECURE RESIDENCE (closed parking) WITH POOL (with caretaker).
Baby equipment can be loaned upon availability. Short stay possible from € 40 per night. ANCV holiday vouchers accepted on prior request.
I also have an F2 cabin on the 1st floor in the same residence. Capacity 6 people. With the same appliance and furniture equipment. See the last 5 photos. Consult me for price

L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas du bord de mer et des commerces (épicerie, boulangerie), dans une résidence très calme.

Appartement idéal
Appartement lumineux, propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel (nombreux rangements). Agréable terrasse sans vis à vis. Toujours de la place sur le parking pour se garer. La piscine est un plus très appréciable. Plage à 8 minutes à pied. Propriétaire très à l'écoute de ses locataires.

Appartement idéal
Très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre. Nous n'avons quasiment pas bougé la voiture en 15 jours. Tout se fait à pied. La résidence est calme même en plein été. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine car il y avait du vent et la mer était fraîche, à 20°. L'appartement est bien aménagé, propre, la literie confortable et la propriétaire est aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien. Nous reviendrons sans hésitater
