Villa very soothing thanks to its tranquillity and natural environment.
Pool of 11 x4m with beach and Jacuzzi, car shelter, interior car park.
Quick departure for Cannes, Nice, St-Tropez, Monaco, Italy. Forest, hikes, nature, villages and beaches nearby.
Ideal for resting or sporty holidays. Stay with all mod cons with sheets and towels provided.
We wish you a good stay and leave all the documentation at your disposal for local activities.

Villa south facing with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, toilets and 1 separate WC.
A lounge with couch and leather armchair offers you a view over the terrace and the pool. The lounge table can easily welcome 8 persons.
The kitchen that leads to the lounge is fully fitted and very functional. A traditional coffee maker and a Nespresso one are available. It opens on the terrace where it is good to eat or lounge.
Finally, a separate office with a library available allows you to use your computer or benefit from Wi-Fi all around the house.
The terrace that leads to the pool and Jacuzzi is partly shaded.
There is an alarm for the protection system of the pool.

Great stay in a perfect house

The house has everything you need for a great time in the Core d Azur. A great pool with jacuzzi, beautiful garden, games in the garage, air con and a well equipped kitchen. The hosts are very friendly and can give useful hints about the area. We will surely come back!

It was a very nice, clean and fresh house with a nice pool and a nice garden. We stayed there for one week, a family of 9 people and we really enjoyed our stay. The host is nice and friendly. It is a good idea to have access to a car when renting the villa.

Well equipped villa near mougin center

My family and I stayed at Alex and Laurence's lovely villa for a week long stay. They are very gracious hosts and the property is quite lovely. The kitchen is well supplied, and there is a lot of rooms for guests. Limited English-language TV is available on the satellite, along with many other stations in various languages. Internet access was solid and worked through most of the house, but not out by the pool. You must be aware of a few things, however. First, the location shown on the VRBO map is wrong. It shows it in the outside wall of the old city of Mougins. This would be an ideal location, and we paid a premium thinking we could walk to restaurants in town. It is, in fact, 3 km outside the city, on the very outskirts of Mougins (on the road to Valbon). We did not learn of this discrepancy until it was too late to find other accommodations. We were also surprised by charges for electricity used and a cleaning fee of 150 Euro. The electric charge was minimal, but it went mostly to run the pool pump for a pool that was not heated and not really usable during our stay (too cold). The property advertises a jacuzzi, but it was not usable at a water temp of 70 degrees. The Angel's gave us the option of cleaning the house ourselves, so the cleaning fee was not mandatory, but it is also not shown in the listing. All this is paid out of the 1200 Euro cash deposit required on arrival. Beds were all fantastic for sleeping with nice pillows and down comforters. Really very comfortable. There was also an annoying lack of some basic paper products, like napkins and tissues that most US rentals would have supplied. All in all, I would recommend the place to friends, so long as they are aware of these few issues.

La maison est très propre et très fonctionnelle, tout le nécessaire est disponible sur place, la piscine est magnifique, l’environnement est très calme et apaisant Les propriétaires sont très gentils et sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à la moindre question . Tout est à proximité, Cannes, Nice, Antibes , plusieurs plages très agréables , et bien sûr Mougins et son vieux village absolument magnifique ! Je recommande vivement cette destination

Een fijn en praktisch huis met een prachtige tuin en mooi zwembad met zitmogelijkheden. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in het zwembad en met de tafeltennistafel. We hebben allemaal genoten van deze mooie plek!

Ferien in Mougin

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Alles wurde uns erklärt und als das Gas alle war, konnten wir anrufen und es wurde uns sofort geholfen. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das Meer ca. 25Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist.

Maison au calme difficile d'accès

Maison difficile à trouver. L'emplacement est au calme. La maison est grande et comporte différentes chambres pour pouvoir accueillir plusieurs couples. Les points positifs c'est qu'il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Les points négatifs : - Maison mal isolée, on entend le moindre bruit à travers les murs. - pas appropriée à des enfants en bas âge . La piscine est non clôturée, donc accès facile, il faut surveiller non stop. Pas de barrière au niveau des escaliers extérieurs et du muret. Pas de parc pour bébé. - et ce qu'on a trouvé abusif, c'est le surcout du ménage, 180 euros à moins qu'on ne laisse la maison dans le même état qu'à l'arrivée, sans que les propriétaires ne doivent passer derrière, ce qui est impossible. Et des frais d'électricité, en plus du coût cher de la maison.

Fantastisch

In deze villa is alles aanwezig, de woning was netjes en het was er aangenaam vertoeven! Wij waren enkel binnen om te slapen, van s'morgens tot s´avonds laat is het heerlijk vertoeven op het grote aangenomen terras (deels overdekt dus beschut tegen de zon) met groot zwembad en bubbelbad. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars, namen tijd voor een praatje en gaven tips ivm uitstappen en bezienswaardigheden. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad en komen hier zeker nog terug!

Die Vermieterin war sehr professionell, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Selten habe ich ein so gut ausgestattetes Haus gemietet. Von Korkenzieher bis zum Pürierstab, es war alles da was man für so einen Aufenthalt braucht. Falls etwas gefehlt hat, war die Vermieterin immer sehr hilfsbereit. immer wieder gerne.

Super séjour au calme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la villa de Mme. Angel. La villa est spacieuse, très bien équipée, entourée d’un joli jardin bien entretenu avec piscine. Les images et le descriptif de l’annonce correspondent à la réalité. Ceci dit je ne recommanderai pas la villa pour des familles avec des tout petits enfants à cause de la piscine. La piscine est équipée d’une alarme donc répond aux normes mais l’utilisation de l’alarme est assez fastidieuse.

Très bel endroit chaleureux et reposant

Maison conforme à 100% au descriptif . Maison très Bien équipée et espace piscine splendide et très adaptée au petits enfants . Goed verblijf gehad in een fijne vakantiewoning, met heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi in een mooie tuin!

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en eigenaresse, Echte gastvrouw en heer. Onze dank daarvoor. Ruime woning van alles goed voorzien! Ook de ligging van de villa is goed ten op zichten van de kustplaatsen zoals Cannes. Veel is goed te bereiken dicht bij de A8.

A nice place, with a wonderful pool area, clean and in very good condition

A nice place, with everything needed. Superb surroundings with a wonderful pool area, where everyone in the family can spend many hours. Overall the house I clean, well equipped and in very good condition. The property owner is very helpful and available via the phone. The house is placed a bit outside Mougins centre and a car is needed to reach shopping area.
