Just 8 short blocks to the beach, and 2 blocks away from the tree lined, shaded Greenbelt and Hermosa Valley Park! Centrally located to both Manhattan Pier and Hermosa Pier!

A dutch front door - and brand new kitchen, new appliances, a wine fridge, and two gorgeous french doors leading into the center courtyard for perfect indoor/outdoor living.
Spanish tile floors downstairs and hardwood floors upstairs, with custom wrought iron throughout. The outdoor courtyard has uplighting, romantic Saltillo tiles, mature palm trees, potted plants, a fountain and exterior lighting on timers and a gas fire pit.


Central heating (with no A/C) offers amazing ocean cross breezes, partial ocean views from upstairs.

It is equal parts between Hermosa and Manhattan piers!
