Great location only 15 minutes to 5th Avenue and Beaches. Close to Botanical Gardens, East Naples Community Park home of championship Pickleball courts, nearby marinas and numerous local restaurants.
1,400 square feet of space to make you feel at home. Two floor level condo; living room, dining room, kitchen, ½ bath and laundry room on main level. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on upper floor. Large screened lanai with lake view accessible from living room or dining room. Large community pool (serves only 24 units, most days like having your own pool) just steps away. Internet and cable included. Guest bedroom has tub/shower. Master has a walk in shower.
Bright and cheery with a southern exposure with a view of fountain and pond.
3 month minimum during months of October through May,
No pets and no smoking

Another great stay in sunny Naples

It was our second stay at this nice condo. We were greeted with bottle of wine and treats on arrival. Condo located in safe and quiet area in 15 minutes drive from Naples Pier. There are restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity. Our hosts Barb and Joe were very accommodating and were quick in response. We will definitely return again.

It was 4th winter season in a row we rented this property. It is very spacious 2 bedroom 2 stores condo unit with updated kitchen and newer laundry. One of the nicest features is private outside patio with great views of the lake with various waterfowls. Condo is located in quiet area of Naples within 15 minutes drive to Naples pier and 5th avenue shops and restaurants. Host Joe was always easily available if anything was needed. Thank you Barb and Joe for being great hosts.

Perfect condo in perfect location

The layout of the condo was the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The owners were very accomodating, if we asked for something or had a problem they were right there. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We have been staying the winter season in Naples for years and this was by far our most enjoyable. Thank you too Barb for the welcome gift and allowing me to add to your mural. Thanks again for everything.

Wonderful

Not only was the unit lovely, but the residents of the complex were welcoming and friendly. We spent most of our time in the large pond-view linai enjoying the serenity, sunsets and bird life. Joe and Barb, the owners, and Jack the property manager were helpful in anything we needed or asked about - they made us feel like we were home.
