Located on the front row in highly desirable Kaanapali Plantation, this condo has an upstairs AND a downstairs lanai with unobstructed views from Lanai to Molokai. Recently painted with new flooring throughout. The downstairs open floor plan includes a well stocked kitchen, gorgeous Koa wood dining table with ample seating plus bar stools at kitchen bar, 50" flat screen smart TV and a half bath with full sized washer and dryer. Upstairs the primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, 40" smart TV, large ensuite bath and large private lanai. The guest bedroom offers a view of the West Maui Mountains and has a queen bed, 30" TV with Roku and a queen sleeper sofa. The sofa portion of the room can be separated with a room divider offering a 3rd sleeping space if needed.

Wi-fi has been recently upgraded to fiber optic lines by Hawaiian Telecom with streaming TV and HBO. Full access to pool, tennis, shuffleboard and clubhouse in the complex

SPLIT SYSTEM AIR CONDITIONING, GENEROUS BEDROOM SIZES
Having air conditioning upstairs and downstairs this unit is one of the largest with 1545 square feet. With only 3 other units sharing the same parking lot, and in the very front row of the KP complex, this condo offers the max in privacy and convenience.

Maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children, with some exceptions considered for families with young adult children. The condo is the most comfortable accommodating 4 guests. The condo is not considered childproof for young children. We give discounts for extended stays (28 days+). Hawaii licenses GE & TA #179-215-6672-01 4.712 % general excise & 11% Hawaii/3% Maui transient accommodations taxes collected at booking & remitted by owner. On island managers - Kurt & Lucy Dreibelbis live close by.

Note; Our unit was on hiatus while we housed a local family displaced from the fires for the last two and half years. We are so happy they have moved Into their newly rebuilt home, and now we have been doing some updating and remodeling to prepare for renting again through VRBO beginning in November, Updated photos coming soon!

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

House was fantastic! Great location and view. Perfect for our family of 6- and we never felt crowded. Had all the accommodations you would need. Barb was so attentive whenever we had any questions! We will most definitely be back and stay here again.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed staying at this two story condo. It was spacious, quiet and had a nice view of the golf course and ocean. We appreciated the pool access and beach/snorkelling equipment that was available. Thanks for having us!

Amazing property, better than the photos!

This rental went above & beyond our expectations. The host was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The check in process was seamless. The location was perfect with an absolutely gorgeous view. The master bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend this spot.

Beautiful and well-appointed home

Our family spent an amazing week at this home. It was comfortable and extremely well equipped with everything that you would need. It was very well located and not far from great beaches, snorkeling spots and amenities on Maui. Our family enjoyed breakfast every morning out on the lanai facing views of the greenery and ocean. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the island.

Great condo in Kaanapali

We had an excellent vacation staying in this condo. Great location on the golf course and close to the beach. Trade winds kept the condo cool and we never needed to use the A/C. Beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear etc., were provided and much appreciated! Great sunset views from the upstairs lanai. Would definitely come back. Thanks Barb!

Bringing in 2020 in style!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in this beautifully updated condo. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including nice cookware and appliances, quality linens, and beach toys. The views from the condo are remarkable and we loved quiet mornings whale watching on the lanai. The location is fantastic with easy access to groceries, shopping, and a short walk to wonderful beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will cherish the memories.

Just Perfect!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Everything was exactly as advertised and then some! The living quarters were spacious, everything was well stocked, it was very clean, and very comfortable. We were given a ton of information about the home and about the surrounding area which was very helpful throughout our stay. My family and I were very pleased with the accommodations and agreed that if we are lucky enough to come back to Maui, we would certainly stay here again! Truly a beautiful home away from home.

Wonderful Maui vacation!

Excellent location with beautiful view of the ocean! Amazing whale-watching from the lanai! Bring binoculars. This property easily accommodated 4 adults. Loved having a wonderful beach close by which is in walking distance if you don't haul a bunch of beach gear. Public parking by the beach if you get there early. We appreciated the prompt communication of our host to any of our questions. Had a wonderful stay in Maui!

Perfect Oasis

Waking each morning to rainbows over the ocean wasn't something that we expected as we selected our vacation property, but this is exactly what we say each morning as we sat on the lanai and had our coffee! Perfectly located for our family, walking distance to our favorite beach and conveniently situated near our snorkeling store- this property provided the perfect home base for adventures and a restful place to return to each day. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here, and hope to do so again in the future.

Amazing!

This property was better than expected. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was stocked with everything we could ever need or want for a vacation in paradise. The condo was set on a golf course and had breathtaking views of the ocean and two islands. The sunsets from both lanais were magical. The owner was so gracious and always responded quickly to any questions we had. It was perfection.

Beautiful Views and great space!

My family and I recently stayed here. The property was beautiful and very well located. Everything you need is very close by and beach is either a short walk or a 1 minute drive away. The views from the lanai is really tough to beat. This unit would be best for 4, but we had 6 as we still have two young kids and it accommodated us well. Hawaii is still beautiful and the safe travels deal isn't too difficult as long as you can get a rapid test. Highly recommend this unit and owners were responsive to all our questions and needs.

Beautiful!

We all enjoyed this beautiful home. The view is the ocean is stunning. My favorite thing about Hawaii is the sunsets so this did not disappoint. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. I appreciated that there were cleaning supplies and we didn’t have to go buy any of that. We were even greeted with goodies and coffee! There is so much to do in the area. We had to drive most places but you can walk to a beach and a few restaurants. Thank you for a fabulous week!

Perfect Kaanapali getaway

I have been going to Maui almost every year. This is the first time I stayed at Kaanapali Plantation and… I loved it so much more than my previous accommodations of many years. Family perfect condo with AC, updated elegant bathrooms. Tropical furnishings. Very clean. Everything you need is there. Barb contacted me to assure we settled in OK. The best snorkeling place in Kaanapali is 90 seconds away by car. View is awesome. I could not have wished for more

Wow! Great homebase

So many great things about this place. Comfortable beds and rooms, remodeled bathrooms. Views for days. Everything you could need for a great stay and sleep. Loved the AC in the rooms as it did get quite hot for our tastes. There were a few minor things that could be improved. Remote controls that worked sometimes. Corners and edges of places seemed a bit grubby. Random chapstick in bedroom, bugs, dead lizard in bathroom. Items that were on hand were a bit dated. Broken boogie boards and two rusty beach chairs. If rental is for 6 people, I’d appreciate 6 chairs, etc. or at least honesty about what to expect. But I’d stay there again. Great communication and everything you need coupled with lanai views and great location!

Wonderful spot to call home while visiting Maui

Well-established townhouse community with beautiful landscaping in Ka'anapali, particularly convenient to Lahaina and Kapalua. Lovely view across teebox, fairway, and green out to ocean and amazing views of nearby islands looking over/beyond Ka'anapali hotels and Whaler's Village on coastline. Townhouse had lovely, renovated kitchen and baths, upper and lower balconies where we spent hours enjoying the breezes and view - golf, sunsets, and that gorgeous, deep blue Hawaii water. Very thoughtfully equipped with just about everything you could need other than your own belongings, this place felt like home almost immediately. Parking is just a few steps from the front door, making frequent trips in and out a breeze. One of the best area beaches is about 1/4 mile straight down the hill. Walking not recommended due to lack of a footpath, a busy road to cross, and well, its a fairly steep hill, but you're at the beach in 2 minutes in a car - maybe 3 if you get a fresh red light ;) Renting and moving in/out was simple and easy. A few clicks online, a quick, friendly email or two. Door was programmed to a self-selected code, so we walked right in upon arrival. Barb was quick and friendly to answer any questions. This was our first time to Hawaii, and we very much hope to come back as soon as we can. When we do, we hope this will again be our comfy and convenient home base. Thank you Barb for making such an enjoyable property available for vacationers to enjoy!

Home away from home! Great views, and location!

This was our first time to Maui. We love to cook, and had everything we needed, including spices. Everything we needed for the beach, such as chairs, towels, snorkel stuff and life belts. The bathrooms were updated, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Airconditioning worked well. Very quiet neighbors. If sitting on the decks the highway can be noisy at times (more like sirens from fire department). Beautiful sunsets, and we had a double rainbow too. We loved the location. Close to several beaches, golf, sights, etc. We loved visiting the blowhole, and dragons teeth close by. We also played golf on the royal course (north) which we were on the 13th hole. If you want to hit balls, The royal course will rent you 3 clubs for $5, and a bucket of balls was 10. We loved monkeypod, especially happy hour food deals and Mai Tai is a must try! Also, visit the sea house for breakfast (Napili). I love pickleball, and would recommend the Lahaina civic center (free). and open play starts about 7:15 am, over Napili Park (which seemed to have their own sets that played there). There is also the Kapalua Tennis Garden that has open play from 9-11 am for 20$. Open play is Tuesday and Saturday. No one played at the condo's tennis court that I saw, while staying. The pool looked crystal clear, but never swam in. We also ate at Mama's fish house. Didnt have a reservation, but visited the beach around lunch time, oneish and they had room at a table in the bar.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great vacation and this place was perfect for our family. We all had our own space and the place was clean! Great location and Barb was always there if you needed anything. Kitchen was stocked with lots of spices and cooking stuff. We enjoyed nightly sunsets on the lanai!

This condo is amazing. It’s location is perfect for seeing the sunsets and peaceful atmosphere of Maui. It is close to all the activities and stores that one might seek. It is well kept and very enjoyable. If we return to Maui we would definitely rent this again.

All that the listing stated and more!

We choose the condo for the view, the lanais, the open concept, comfortable seating for four adults, spacious bathrooms and good size kitchen. We were not disappointed. Rather it was better than the online description. Also enjoyed the snorkel gear, beach chairs and beach towels. The condo's central location made it easy to explore the island.

Great Maui adventure

Super!!! Beautiful view and great location to food stores and shops. Watched whales from lanai. Wonderful condo was fully equipped with everything you might need. Owner was available via text and email and was very prompt in answering questions. Would book this condo again and would recommend it to others.
