This vacation rental is centrally located and only minutes from downtown Bridgton, a few miles from Bridgton Academy, close to Shawnee Peak, and not too far from Naples Causeway or North Conway, New Hampshire. Head to Highland Lake Beach to soak up some sun while playing in the clear waters. Shared grills and picnic tables are available on a first-come-first-served basis. There are plenty of opportunities to explore nature when you visit Pondicherry Park and Bear Pond, both about a mile from the home. Bear Pond picnic and swimming area is 0.7 miles north on route 37.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
