Wonderful house

Beautiful, clean, newly built or renovated house. 6 mins drive from Pleasant mountain ski resort. Overall great stay.

Almost perfect.

Upon arrival we found the property to be almost perfect. There was an unpleasant smell that first greeted us. We later found a full kitchen garbage bin to be the source. Everything thing else was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone interested.

Perfect Kottage

The exterior space looked great, even though we didn’t use it. Campfire ring with chairs and storage shed with anything you’d like for outside fun. Lots of yard space, front & back. Plenty of uncovered parking. Interior space was perfect for 4 of us. Decor was exactly what us females love, even though that doesn’t weigh on usage. All looked new. Lots of comfortable seating, Good lighting. I loved the fireplace on our rainy visit. Kitchen had everything we needed & then some. Appreciated the spices & cooking supplies. Keurig coffees & hot chocolate choices were a nice surprise! Bedrooms were just as special as the rest of the house. Mattresses were comfortable. We appreciated the night lights! As a suggestion, I would add some type of bench on which to lay open suitcases, at least, in the 2 smaller bedrooms. Washer & dryer were great, but some instructions would be helpful. Loved that each window had privacy blinds. The binder with area info was nice. As we left, we weren’t sure of checkout needs. Reminder! Door locks on way out if you don’t turn the smaller lock. Would love to return to this Kozy Kottage!
