Huis in het bos met van alles in de buurt

Het huisje staat op een hele mooie plek. Je loopt werkelijk zo het bos in. Er zijn twee openhaarden in het huis in aparte kamers van elkaar. Je komt binnen via de bijkeuken. Heel fijn met vieze schoenen en/of honden. Alle slaapkamers en 2 badkamers zijn boven. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de dame die het huis beheert. Zij spreekt ook wat Engels. Er zit van allerlei wild in het bos en in Vielsalm (20 minuutjes rijden) zitten een paar goede restaurants. De skipiste (10 minuutjes afstand met de auto) is buiten en seizoen ook leuk om te bezoeken voor een wandeling. Al met al heel erg genoten van dit bezoek!

De vakantie was ok, maar door een voorval met de afwasmachine, waarop de eigenaar zeer onhandig op heeft gereageerd, heeft dit onze vakantie negatief beïnvloed. Algemeen was het een mooi huis, de kamers mochten beter ontdaan worden van stof, verder in orde. Check even of alles werkt als je aankomt.

Gîte typique, un peu vieillot mais sympa. Chambres et literie très bien! Les ustensiles de cuisine pas au top: pas de couteaux qui coupent, que des verres à limonade... les propriétaires vont y remédier... Maison très froide au départ mais après un jour ou deux de feu nickel Facture de gaz élevée pour une semaine... alors qu’on a fait du feu tout le temps Mais on s’y est senti très bien !

Rustige uitvalsbasis in de Ardennen

Een fijne plek voor dagtochtjes in de Ardennen. Mooi huis, waar wat onderhoud aan gepleegd kan worden. Tuin is ruim maar ook hier onderhoud nodig (inrit bijna dichtgegroeid dus moeilijk vindbaar). Directe omgeving is landelijk en biedt weinig vertier (wél mooie wandelingen mogelijk), maar je bent binnen 30 min. in de wat meer toeristiche gebieden.
