This charming air-conditioned villa near the Palombaggia beach, surrounded by century-old pine trees, is part of a small complex of 3 independent studios and 2 larger villas on a plot of 1ha fully fenced and closed with a gate.
The beach is less than 700 meters, or about 10 minutes on foot.
This 50m² single storey villa fully equipped for a carefree holiday includes: 2 bedrooms with 140x190 cm beds and 2 shower rooms with 2 toilets (one of the 2 bedrooms has a shower room and a private toilet). A fitted cupboard allows you to store your belongings, an electric hob, a hood, a fridge-freezer, a microwave-grill, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a iron and ironing board. ..
We also provide for babies a cot, a high chair and a plastic bathtub to put in the Italian shower.
You can take advantage of the individual terrace with electric barbecue and garden furniture or watch your favorite programs on the 102cm television (TNT by satellite).
The rental has a high-performance WiFi connection
The rental is non-smoking.

Simple apartment, good for beach lovers

Apartment is simple, cheap furniture and cheap kitchen stuff (minimum style), it's not any kind of "villa". Close to fantastic (though busy) beach. Very friendly reception by Thierry. Terrasse couldn't really be used as it was half overgrown. One of the baths had some unpleasant smell, Thierry promised to take care (and we only told him when we left, so no complaints, it was ok as we used the other bath primarily). Overalll you pay for the location, not for the apartment itself, and if this is what you are looking for and want to spend money, that is a good place. But it is solid in its nature.

Sehr gute Strandlage

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage dort. Der Gastgeber Thierry hat sehr geduldig unser Französisch ertragen ;-). Die Lage zum Strand ist super und der Strand ist nach kurzem Fußweg einfach zu erreichen. Durch die vielen Bäume auf dem Gelände ist die Terrasse auch immer wieder gut beschattet (Mitte Juni) und wir haben es zumeist sogar ohne Klimaanlage als angenehm empfunden. Es lohnt sich guten Mückenschutz einzupacken, aber das gehört in Pinienwald dazu. Wenn wir wieder nach Korsika kommen würden wir es wieder buchen.

Le logement est à 10mn à pied de la plage de Palombaggia et proche de Porto Vecchio. Le logement est très agréable, propre et tres fonctionnel, il ne manquait rien !

Un petit coin de paradis

Un emplacement idéal et préservé. Réellement à 5min de la plage à pied. Et pourtant la petite villa semble perdue dans les pins. La location est extrêmement bien équipée. Nous y avons séjourné avec notre bébé de 1 an et tout est fait pour le confort des familles (lit parapluie, chaise haute et même parasol!) Un grand merci à Thierry pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. On reviendra!

Wir haben nun bereits zum dritten Mal Ferien in einer dieser Villas gemacht. Es war jedes Mal ein Traum. Sie sind ideal ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen - perfekt fürs Entspannen. Thierry ist zuvorkommend und sehr nett und konnte sich jedes Mal wieder an uns erinnern. Wenn wir das nächste Mal auf Korsika unsere Ferien verbringen, werden wir garantiert wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Nah am Strand und dennoch ruhig in einem Wald gelegen

Thierry ist ein liebenswürdiger und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, relativ neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegt mit vier weiteren, im Keis angeordneten Einheiten auf einem ruhigen, abgeschirmten und baum-bestandenen Grundstück so, dass die nach aussen gerichteten, nicht einsehbaren Terrassen eine private Atmosphäre schaffen. Der lange, schöne und in der Hochsaison sehr belebte Strand von Palombaggia ist nur 700 m entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Location de Thierry à Palombaggia

Parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Thierry. L'équipement de la maison est neuf et bien complet. Le top c'est la proximité de la plage...magnifique...et calme à cette époque hors saison. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons sans doute l'année prochaine. En tous cas c'est une adresse à recommander.

Un très bel endroit !

Une jolie propriété au calme proche de la mer. Située dans une partie de maquis encore préservée c'est un vrai dépaysement. La construction est neuve et il y fait bon vivre pour des vacances. La villa est bien équipée, un petit jardin à l'abri des regards se situe sur l'arrière en prolongement d'une terrasse permettant de prendre ses repas à l'extérieur. Très bien dans l'ensemble avec un accès plage facile demandant un peu de marche toutefois.
