JUST INSTALLED SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL THE ROOMS... ULTIMATE IN COMFORT, BRAND new 75" smart tv.... in 2022; New floors, paint, doors, linens, furniture, lights in fans, and and more;). this PERFECT LOCATION TO THE BEACH.... AMAZING MEMORIES, JUST TO START;) ....STEPS TO THE BBQ AND POOL/HOT TUB....THE CLOSEST PARKING STALL TO THE UNIT....GORGEOUS VAULTED CEILING.....watch the ocean from the patio "wave hello" This two-bedroom two-bathroom condo has been beautifully remodelled and is in an ideal location on the property. With close access to the front office, pool, and barbecue areas, as well as within a short walk to a beautiful white sand beach, you'll find this condo extremely convenient. Combined with the upgrades and renovations, this condo is a sure-fire win for travelers!

From granite counter tops, excellent stainless steel appliances, and all of the necessary cookware to prepare and serve meals, you'll find yourself at home. Save money by cooking gourmet meals for the family, or enjoy one of the many restaurants in the neighbourhood. ( To many to list, but happy to share some of our favourites in the area!!)

The living room features a brand new 75" SMART flat screen high definition television, as well as a comfortable sofa-sleeper, perfect for accompanying children or the occasional overnight guest.

The lofted master bedroom has a new California King bed, TOMMY BAHAMAS island style furnishings, & HD television, separate balcony, privacy shutters, and attached en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has just had a makeover with a STEARNS AND FOSTER amazing mattress and bedroom suite added also, HD television, and nearby access to a full guest bathroom. Each room and the living room feature independent air-conditioning units.

In beautiful South Kihei, the 23-acre Maui Kamaole resort is perfect for your vacation to Maui. With meticulously manicured landscaping, spectacular tropical views, and luxurious resort amenities, Maui Kamaole is sure to help you relax and rejuvenate. There are two pools, multiple hot tubs, tennis facilities, and barbecue area for your convenience. We provide a Karma Closet full of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and several beach towels. We are always trying to have kids toys, and boogie boards to enjoy some of Maui's wonderful beaches.

This wonderful resort is across from one of South Maui's world-famous beaches, Kamaole Beach III. You'll be steps away from snorkeling, swimming, and strolls in the soft white sand. This is a popular resort destination for travelers around the world!

I have had a number of requests also for multiple families and friends staying at the same time looking for more than one condo, and have a number of friends who are now renting there units out and would be happy to see if i can assist there also.

PLEASE NOTE: The two-bedroom condos at this resort require guests to utilize one flight of stairs. We do not recommend this condo to guests with extensive mobility concerns but are happy to recommend similar options nearby.

Ideal place to stay in Maui with kids

This place really checked all of the boxes. It was a nice space, we had everything we needed for the beach and at home. Great location near the Lam beaches. Ideal place to swim with little ones and tons of sea turtles. Scott was very communicative whenever we had questions and gave us some wonderful recommendations, you could tell he really wanted us to enjoy our trip.

We had a great time here. The proximity to the pool/ hot tub was a plus. The location across from Kamaole 3 beach was great for afternoon wave jumping and riding. The beds were comfortable and the karma closet had enough items to ensure fun times at the beach.

Fabulous place to stay in Kihei!

A few of my family members stayed in this condo at the end of March and had a great time! Beautiful and well-appointed condo, easy access to the beaches and both pools. The property is gorgeous, and it was wonderful to be able to walk to any of the other units at Maui Kamaole that other family members were staying in. This is really the perfect location if you're looking to stay in Kihei, and we will absolutely be back!

Lovely condo that is just as described and shown in the photos! Easy walk to the beach, extremely close to the pool (but still quiet) and fabulous air conditioning. 25th Anniversary trip

We stayed here for the last leg of our 3-island Hawaiian vacation to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. It was in a great location walking distance to the beach. We were able to watch the sunset every night! We loved the layout of the unit and it was very well appointed with everything we needed for our home away from home. Quiet and Relaxing Location

Would highly recommend this spacious unit as it is in a quiet and relaxing location, close to the pool, parking and BBQ area. Excellent set up for families with teens or young adults, as it is within walking distance of several beaches, restaurants and shops. Top-notch appliances, air conditioning, and king beds, and well-stocked cabinet with beach supplies. Many thanks to the hosts for sharing their beautiful beach home.

What can we say...this is a family condo my parents purchased in the best place on earth( if you ask me;) I bought off my parents in 2018, and a place we eventually want to spend MANY months a year... seems like a dream now, with our family and smaller kids, school etc... for now we go there once a year( twice if we can) and have some many great memories there. hope you and yours will do the same.

Coming to the island for over 25 years with family holidays, and true passion for travel( rule is I haven't been there, I "need" to go there:) lol and maui is the staple that I can't shake. The energy,/ vibe/ water sports( I am an avid scuba fella and recently got all 3 of my kids certified ) and well I could go on for days.

I am in real estate in Canada so this was paring my Proffesional work with my passion of travel... we are constantly trying to tweek the condo to improve the experience, and taking back and forth with the travellers and feeding off there energy or feedback on there trip.

Why they chose this property

We have stayed all over the Island and found a number of reasons what the Maui Kamaole( specifically Kehei/Wailea side) Consistent weather was a big factor, although there is not a bad spot on the island, the average annual rain fall is extremely low, wind etc and calm waters to play in are a huge factor for our family... and it really has it all in regards to the right mix; being able to find some shopping, amazing dinning, cool activities around... yet total relaxation and ability to slow your world down at the same time. The complex as to why the Maui Kamaole was also specifically the right spot... amazing grounds, have 2 large pool and hot tub areas are key, located right across the street from the beach... and we love the open concept of the living space and flow of the units and NOT OVERcrowded feel as I have been in some...

What makes this property unique

Aside from the obvious, we LOVE walking across the street, often bump into sea turtles( 5 min walk) and through the bird sanctuary there is a grass area/ park that we can't get enough. The sunsets are breath taking, or tag if the kids push me and my wife to play(which seems to be every time!) lol

Should you want world class dinning, it is just down the road, some amazing happy hours to visit, and no bad days here!

We do most of the cooking at the unit with the bbq and pool so close, love meetings new people from around the world, and always stumble down the Wailea resort area towards the fairmont and 4 seasons hotels to have the waves and perfect sand splash on our feet.... pretty darn lucky to experience it!!
Peekaboo Ocean View, amazing location, lifetime memories, your going to love it!

it is 2.7 miles walk to the fairmont( where I enjoy my daily morning coffee ) 1.8 miles to the Marriott beach spot where my kids suck me into getting them money bread and cinnamon buns OFTEN!
