This is a one-of-a-kind unit. Completely renovated in 2019, with modern/contemporary styling throughout. All new furniture, flooring, appliances and much more!
Maui Kamaole #L-205 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean view unit on the 2nd floor. It has air conditioning throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, along with split system A/C, ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, and a bathroom with shower. The guest room features a king bed, split system A/C, ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, and a bathroom with a shower/bath combo. Both bedrooms have blackout shades. In the living room you will find a queen pull out sofa bed sectional, wall unit A/C (on a 4-hour timer for energy efficiency), ceiling fan, TV, and DVD player. For outdoor activities, Maui Kamaole #L-205 is supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, tennis rackets, coolers, and more. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
The famous Kamaole Beach III is just across the street from the upscale Maui Kamaole complex. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property, and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole beaches are world famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable, right from the lanai. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 6.

** Important Notice: The laundry dryer vent in this unit will be serviced on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Access will be required for about 20 minutes between 8:30 am - 2:00 pm on that day. A Maui Kamaole staff member will accompany dryer vent technicians into the unit. **

Kihei getaway

Upon arrival we found the property clean, tidy, tastefully decorated. It is a very nice condo in a very nice location. Could sit on the lanai and watch the whales jumping. A great ocean view. The negative: we did have a problem with roaches. Management was quick to respond and try to rectify the situation. Only wish it would have been dealt with before our arrival.

Amazing stay in Kihei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is well laid out, beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a beach holiday. Our family of four loved having the open space to hang out, cook meals and also ‘borrow’ chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella to carry down to the beach. Shops were a 15 min walk away and we loved going out for an early stroll. The upper pool was a minute walk away and was never too busy. We would love to stay in this unit again.
