The Holiday Hills Resort is a vacation in itself. There is something for everyone. 5 Outdoor Pools - Rec Room - Fitness Center - Theaters - Restaurant - and an 18-hole Championship Golf Course (additional fees apply). The large recreation center makes this a perfect winter getaway.

This condo features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and hybrid gel foam mattress with a large master bath & jetted tub for two. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a fold down futon. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for additional sleeping.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including limited supply of coffee, tea, coffee pods, condiments, and some cooking basics.
This condo is a walk-down unit (16 steps) located on the ground floor and walks out to 2 ponds with views of the golf course.
It is walking distance to 1 of the 5 outdoor pools and a tennis court.
Located 1 mile from the Landing and Branson Strip yet quiet and peaceful at the end of the day. There is a Grocery store, Hardware Store, and Dollar General just outside the resort. Great restaurants within a mile.

Famous Silver Dollar City known for its rides, shows, attractions and more is only 12 miles away.

Please inquire about late check out or early check in when booking. I may not know availability until closer to booking dates.

Holiday Fee: If you book a reservation, and your check-out day falls on a holiday: Fourth of July, Memorial/Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year Eve/Day there is an additional $50 cleaning fee. (Separate charge) this fee is to compensate housekeeping for time away on a Holiday.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Stain remover and bleach tabs are available for washing linens.
Close and lock any open windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Anyone smoking/vaping inside the condo will be charged additional $200 cleaning fee.
Pets are NOT allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in additional $200 cleaning fee.
Late check-out after 10am and check-in before 4pm without prior authorization will be charged $50 additional fee per incident.

It was a lovely place decorated for the season! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and had appliances, coffee pot and keurig. Also had complimentary coffee, hot tea varities. The bathrooms were stocked with extras just in case you forgot something.

The condo was in great shape. It was very clean and the host was extremely helpful. She made all the directions very clear and responded quickly to my questions. We have stayed in this condo once before and will probably stay there again.
Leaves were gorgeous. This tree was at the end of the condo unit.
This crane was beside the little pond behind out condo. It backs up to a beautiful golf course.

Everything we needed to cook meals at the condo was provided. That made breakfast super easy. We enjoyed the pool as well. Loved that it was bottom floor and the porch opened up to the pond. Coffee in the morning on the porch was great. Dawn was responsive, and the condo was even decorated for fall. Will be back.

Post-Christmas Trip to Branson

We wanted to get away for several days during Christmas Break with family. We attended several shows but spent a lot of time just relaxing in your condo. It had everything we needed. Our teenage son really enjoyed the opportunity to fish in the several ponds right outside our condo. Thanks for everything you did to make it feel comfortable!!

Thanksgiving getaway

The property was well-maintained enjoyed staying there very clean all the amenities you needed from pots and pans to nice linens. The only problem we had really was the lock on the door. It was a code did not open easily or close easily but once you get used to it, it seemed to work OK was not a real fan. we really like staying in this area very close to things little grocery store down the road and a pizza joint roll. Pizza was very good. The landing is not far which has lots of shopping and restaurants is our favorite. Thanks to the hostess.

Wonderful property

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It is exactly what you see. The hosts have everything that you could imagine and were easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. It was roomy and comfortable. It was close to all the attractions and soo glad that we picked this location because it was quieter and away from the hustle and bustle. I felt safe walking around the property in the morning and then went back and had my coffee on the patio. My husband fished in the ponds several times. Walking out to the grass was nice. You could watch turtles, fish, and blue herons. The amenities were more than I expected. Just like a resort. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Just book this place. You won’t be sorry. Not one problem. Thanks for a great vacation

Very cozy

This place was super clean and cozy. With extra blankets towels and plenty of dishes. Was only about 20 minutes from everything we had planned to do. Has a grocery store and dollar general about a minute away so very convenient.. Tv in both rooms and living room so worked perfect for my family of six. Will definitely use again thank y’all so much for having us stay there

Just Like Home

The property was exceptionally clean. Dawn had decorated our condo for Christmas. It was so pretty and so cozy. We also had lots of little extra supplies in the bathrooms and the kitchen. It felt like home. It's close to everything and has a pretty view!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for easy access to Branson Landing. We love to visit all the shops on the strip, our favorites are Smith Creek Moonshine and Bass Pro Shop.
We're only a short drive to Silver Dollar City, we visit several times a year especially during Octoberfest and Christmas.
