Near the center of Hyères, on a private road, very beautiful property of 200 m² that we had built in 1985 with high quality materials (old tiles, hand-made terracotta, lava kitchen) on a plot with swimming pool, kitchen summer, shaded terraces. This large house is quiet, on a private road. On the ground floor: a magnificent cathedral living room of 72 m² with its superb frame and large bay windows. Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, 2 with solarium and a mezzanine.

Fantastiskt hus med underbar uteplats.rymligt inomhus. Men kanske för mycket personliga prylar.

Mycket vackert hus nära centrum och gamla stan.nära till välsorterad mataffär.

Belle grande maison, bien située, propriétaire charmant.

La propriété est bien située, confortable, disposant d'une grande piscine. La végétation est très belle. De beaux meubles l'agrémentent. Peut-être une surabondance de bibelots qui entravent l'entretien. M. Costa a une expérience de vie très intéressante à Hyères, qui rendent ses propos fort judicieux pour l'appréhension de ce coin de la Côte d'Azur. Il se montre volontiers généreux de son temps et de ses gratifications.

Great place, great stay

The villa was fantastic, it is really characteristic and has a unique atmosphere. The villa is equipped with everything a house needs, comes with a great pool and jacuzzi, and you can spend the evening hours with bbq on the roofed terrace surrounded with huge bougainville. It is well located, close to everything yet totally remote, silent and private. Mr. Costa and Mme Elisabeth were very helpful and great hosts - Mr. Costa shared with us stories of his life and of the house. Thank you for everything, again! Recommended with honest heart!
