Lovely house, fully equiped. Nice atmosphere and light in the house. I don''t know anything that wasn't there. The owners are very helpfull and easy to contact. They live nextdoor, but that wasn' t a problem. You need a car but everything is close by: bakery, supermarket, city of Hyeres, walks, mtb, boats to islands,...

Ons verblijf was super. Bij aankomst was het heel even zoeken of we wel goed zaten(ligt iets van de weg af) Daarna prima ontvangen en rondleiding gehad. Huisje voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen. Mooi zwembad met alle privacy die je maar wilt. De eigenaren zijn de buren, maar die zie je en hoor je niet. Alleen hun vrolijke hond die even gedag komt zeggen. Contact is makkelijk via het telnr. dat je ontvangt en ze reageren direct als je iets vraagt. Voor ons een meer dan prima weekje in dit mooie verblijf. Fam. van Schendel

Schönes Haus in guter Ausstattung mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten das Haus für zwei Wochen mit unserem Hund, der sehr willkommen war. Die Ausstattung ist gut mit allen Küchengeräten und Klimaanlage. Entfernung in die Altstadt und zum Hundefreundlichen Strand jeweils etwa 5 Minuten Fahrt. Schade ist, dass neben dem Haus ein großer Parkplatz ist, auf dem von früh bis spät Busse rangiert werden. Daher ein ständiges piepen und Geräusche von der z.B. Fahrzeugwäsche etc. Zum Glück hat der Pool einen Wasserüberlauf, so dass man ein ständiges plätschern hört.

Perfektes Haus und perfekter Urlaub in Hyères

superschöne Woche in Hyères, wir haben bei Sonnenschein, Bandol, Sanary, Le Lavendou, Bormes les Mimosas, Port Grimaud, Hyeres uvm besucht und bei weniger schönem Wetter die Winzer abgeklappert, wir lieben den Côte de Provence😊 Alles in allem eine schöne Woche. Nochmals danke an unsere beiden Gastgeber😍

arrivée décevante

Dès notre arrivée nous signalons au propriétaire (une poêle et une sauteuse dans un état déplorable ainsi que la piscine et les abords sales, plancha et salon de jardin à l'abandon) réponse du propriétaire, vous partez et je vous rembourse. Après quelques explications les ustensiles sont changés et le tout nettoyé, nous le remercions. Nous estimons qu'un gros effort sur l'entretien est nécessaire sur cette location pour la rendre très agréable à vivre. Nous pouvons transmettre des photos à l'appui. Nous louons régulièrement pour les vacances et c'est la première fois que nous vivons une telle situation. La bonne règle de conduite est, à mon humble avis, que le propriétaire doit une propreté du site et que le locataire rende la location dans le même état. Cet imprévu a, entaché notre séjour et dégradé les relations avec les propriétaires. DOMMAGE

Mon mari et moi nous sommes empressés, dans l'instant, de satisfaire vos moindres besoins. Nous nous sommes montrés bienveillants et disponibles du premier jusqu'au dernier jour de votre séjour. Il est difficile de croire que vous n'avez pas passé de bonnes vacances en famille dans ce lieu paisible et propice à la détente. Je suis désolée que malgré tous nos efforts pour vous satisfaire, cela n'a pas suffit.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben zwei Wochen Urlaub hier verbracht und jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Es liegt recht ruhig, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten in Hyères und an den Stränden. Den großen Pool haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, haben uns gleich zu Beginn mit Tipps versorgt. Sie wohnen direkt nebenan, sind also für jegliche Fragen erreichbar. Dennoch ist man absolut ungestört. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft in jeglicher Hinsicht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Une merveilleuse semaine

Le loft est très bien situé, au calme mais à proximité des différentes plages de Hyeres Il est très bien équipé et décoré, les extérieurs sont très agréables ainsi que la piscine centrale. Nathalie et son époux sont des hôtes accueillants, disponibles et plein de bons conseils pour profiter de la région. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre semaine au loft

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hyères dans cette propriété idéalement située pour visiter la région. Le loft est joli et spacieux, très propre à notre arrivée. Rien n'y manque. Merci à Nathalie et Thierry, les propriétaires qui vivent à côté pour leur gentillesse, disponibilité et discrétion. Aucun vis à vis, endroit très calme. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Très beau loft, fonctionnel, très bien équipé et moderne. Une très belle piscine bien entretenue. Un grand terrain avec de l'herbe idéal pour les enfants, avec la table de ping-pong qui permet de se distraire. un patio pour dejeuner ou diner avec une plancha très pratique. Le loft est neuf, grand, avec beaucoup d'espaces, la télé connectée dans le salon et dans toutes les chambres, reliées à la fibre de très haut débit. La climatisation également dans toutes les pièces. Et le plus important : la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Nathalie et Philippe, les propriétaires, qui habitent à côté et qui sont toujours là en cas de besoin tout en restant très discrets. Le loft se situe à l'intérieur des terres, pas en bord de mer, mais il est prêt de tout, à commencer par la plage et proche aussi du centre ville de Hyères. Dans un endroit calme et sécurisé.
