The building is very peaceful. You can go hunting for treasures in the sand or lay on the beach or by the pool to unwind. From the balcony you can catch sight of the manatees when they come to visit. You can also see the small nurse shark that comes almost every afternoon or the schools of dolphins and fish that swim by.

This was by far the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in, and the view was great! The pool was very nice; with plenty of chairs and loungers. The host is very quick to respond, and made things very simple. I had all the information I needed. Awesome central location, so we could explore all the keys!

2nd time booking this unit and I like that the owner does yearly updates to the unit.This is still a quite property. You cannot be any closer to the ocean than this. Due to asthma and 4 plug ins I had to contact the owner and she was very cooperative. We are already planning our next trip there!

The property was in a good location. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise. We did see dolphins in the ocean a few days in a row. The condo was clean and neat and had everything we needed. Maylin, our host, was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

This property was AWESOME!! So clean! Ocean view. Not I can see it alittle bit. The whole balcony faced the ocean and the master bedroom. No obstruction. The private pool for the complex was clean. They supplied beach towels to use, tennis rackets, beach chairs, kayaks and bikes. We had an amazing time!! Well worth the money. It was close to everything. We had taken our 2 teenage daughters who have never seen the ocean before for Spring Break 2026. We went snorkeling, parasailing and took a fish charter and visited The Dolphin Research Center. We had our own private beach with the complex. There wasn’t a lot of people. We had a laid back and relaxing time. Watched the sunrise drinking coffee outside. Drove 5 minutes and could watch the sunset. Perfect! I can’t say enough great stuff about this place.

This place is awesome. I would not stay anywhere else in Marathon after booking this location. Great views especially of the sunrise. While the beach was a little dirtier than normal from recent storms it really didn’t matter with the private beach area and pool. The accommodations were 5 with tons of little things you would not normally expect in a VRBO. Super clean and lovely furnishings inside. The kitchen is fully stocked with most things you would need to cook inside. CLEAN..CLEAN..CLEANNo issues at check in or departures and the owner sends a great welcome package that really helps. The recommendations were spot on to give you a jump start to relaxing.

Best on the Beach!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay! Extremely clean, timely responses, amazing view, perfect place to walk the beach! We highly recommend this condo, and working with Maylin. The location was perfect for seeing Sombrero Beach, Coco Plum Beach, driving to Key West, and all other things we wanted to do! We will defiantly rebook here when we come back!

Maylin was absolutely amazing! The condo was literally the cleanest we’ve ever stayed! Our kids would comment on how good it smelled in there every time we opened the door! It was steps to the beach, and everything we needed (whether it was to rent a fishing pole, run to Publix, or go snorkeling) were all so close to the condo. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be back!!

We absolutely loved the property and its location right on the beach.
