Great property in an ideal location. Condo is updated, clean & comfortable. Very nice pool & gazebo for watching sunsets. Manatees, dolphins & rocket launches can be watched from the condo balcony. Steve is an excellent host who responds promptly to any questions.

Great stay

Place was great! On the canal, could watch pelicans, dolphins, and manatees. Kitchen was fully equipped and everything was clean and comfortable. Sunsets at the pool area were fantastic

Great Place

This was a great place to stay. The unit is clean, updated & stocked with virtually everything needed. The owner, Steve, is very responsive & takes care of any issues that might arise. The property is somewhat secluded from the busy A1A area. It is quiet & the grounds are well maintained. It was really enjoyable to watch manatees, dolphins & other wildlife on an almost daily basis. We will not hesitate to book this property again.

Well-appointed and low-key

Exactly what I was looking for and expecting. So much about this place is just cool. This property is located in a quiet gated community overlooking the Banana River. The most noise you'll experience here is the cruise-liner horns from Port Canaveral, rockets launching from the Cape, or the occasional groundskeeping crew. Having spent an extended period of time here on a temporary work assignment, I can tell you that everything about this listing is as well-appointed as it appears and in perfect working order. The spaces are very comfortable and clean, in both sanitary and aesthetic senses. I loved the artwork and decorating here as well; very modern and updated, but still maintained that sea-side appeal. The property owner was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accomodating with any questions I had. All-in-all, I absolutely enjoyed my extended stay here, would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this listing.

Winter break

We have been renting condos in Cape Canaveral for the last 4 years (ever since we sold our own condo), this was by far the best place we have rented. The place is beautiful decorated and has all the supplies/amenities anyone would need.
