350 m² of land with terrace & barbecue, view of the mountain and the Corsican maquis, including private parking.

The South Shore of Ajaccio is the preferred site for holidaymakers.
Agosta Beach - Molini, municipality of Albitreccia, is the ideal starting point for many hikes and excursions to the tourist destinations of the Island of Beauty as well as sites classified as the reserve of Scandola, the Sanguinaires Islands.

Ideal location for these two beautiful new apartments combining comfort, calm and modernity, just 19 km from the city center of Ajaccio.

You will be located 1.5 km from beautiful sandy beaches that offer all kinds of water activities (diving, dinghy, windsurfing, canoeing, scooter, pedalo, parasailing ...) and local shops, Radisson Blu (spa), restaurants, Spar, Proxi, hairdresser, pharmacy, post office, bank, tobacconist open 7 days a week in summer.

You will feel very quickly at home in this beautiful and comfortable house, including two apartments on one level, independent, each with a private area.

Si vous aimez la mer et la montagne alors ce lieu est pour vous. Les randonnées, la plongée le surf et le paddle furent au programme pour notre plus grand bonheur. Notre hôtesse nous a permis de vivre une très belle quinzaine en nous louant son gîte qui est idéalement situé et parfaitement adapté aux très fortes chaleur estivales. Le gîte idéal !

De belles vacances dépendent énormément du gîte. Celui là était idéal pour nous et nos amis. Si l'on ajoute une relation parfaite avec les propriétaires qui ont multiplié les petites attentions qui font la différence, nous n'avions plus qu'à décider des visites et bonnes adresses. Si nous retournons sur Ajaccio, ce sera là !

Logement très spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. A 2 minutes en voiture des plages et des commerces mais à l'écart dans un quartier résidentiel donc au calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseil sur les restaurants, commerçants et points d'intérêts. A recommander les yeux fermés.

La location est très fonctionnelle avec ses deux niveaux indépendants, la décoration est moderne et sobre. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et très bien entretenus. La situation permet de profiter de la plage très proche tout en profitant d'un secteur très calme. Séjour agréable dans une location de qualité. L’appartement était récent, décoré avec bon goût et comportant les commodités les plus complètes. Le contact avec Madame Laure Grousset était des plus cordiaux. L’environnement extérieur était très agréable, la terrasse orientée Nord permettant d’y être toute la journée sans avoir trop de chaleur.
