Cottage is 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms and located on a beach access street. And only two streets away from beach access with parking! Minutes away from the sound, multi-use trail that runs along Bay Drive, and public gazebo dock that's perfect for watching sunsets.

The property was exactly as described. The photos were accurate. Check-in was seamless. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was located central to almost everything (Beaches, food and stores). We took suggestions from the Welcome binder and explored the area. The provided beach chairs got a lot of work as we went to multiple beaches during our time there. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we had in the Outer Banks. We will definitely return. Thank you for a great property and a great vacation!

Very clean and has everything. Feel the warmth from host. Nice location, but it’s still better to drive around, you don’t want to walk under sun with 85 degrees weather. crossing the cross walk to beach need to go further. It’s nice that the first floor is tall enough for my pickup truck to go under and having an outdoor hose to wash off sand. One of the bed is too soft for me. But overall it’s a nice beach house. A little pricey for me but worth the money.

We loved our stay here! Everything was very clean. The hosts were quick to reply to any messages and everything was ready early. The home had everything we needed for a beach vacation. It’s centrally located to everything we needed and wanted to do. Our kids (7years and 3 years) loved everything about the house. We had great sunny beach days, and then there were games and a hammock that were perfect for the rainy days. I would highly recommend this beach house and we hope to stay again!

What a gem! This property was so clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Our family of five (three young kids) felt safe and right at home here. Easy parking, everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of chairs around the table. We truly hope to stay again during a future OBX getaway!

Great central location for the Outer Banks. We were able to visit Corolla, Duck, Bodie lighthouse, and the Wright Brothers National Memorial. It’s also close enough to the beach.
