Licensed suite with hot tub near Summerhill Winery

Welcome to this spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom, ground-level suite near Kettle Valley, located minutes away from Okanagan Lake and Summerhill Pyramids Winery.

Features:
- Hot tub (shared with the host)
- 55" HDTV with Netflix, Prime, Youtube in the living room
- BBQ on your private covered patio
- Beautiful 1 acre backyard

The bedroom features a queen size bed with brand new King Coil Euro Top mattress and blackout curtains. There is also a sectional couch with the pull-out bed in the living room (perfect for young children or teens).

The open space living room includes dining table that comfortably fits 4 people as well as coffee bar with microwave, full size fridge, electric kettle, drip coffeemaker, Tassimo coffee machine (pods also provided), dishes/cutlery and other necessities. Please note, there is no stove, hotplate or other cooking appliance in the suite. BBQ is always available however.

Towels, toiletries, clothing hangers and iron are provided for your convenience.
Guest space is attached to the main house, but has a separate entrance and private covered patio.

The best part of this space is the huge backyard, which is a favourite among adults, kids, and our four-legged friends. There is plenty of space for playing volleyball, soccer, building snow forts in the winter or even just running around. Large covered patio is quite nice, and is best enjoyed with your morning coffee or an afternoon drink. We encourage you to spend some time there.

We loved the property. Was as advertised and was a great place for our family and dog. Big open green space for the dogs and kids to run around and the suite was clean and functional. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great little suite to stay in. It was a little small for a family of four but we enjoyed having the beautiful outdoor space to use also. The hosts were super accommodating and were quick to respond to requests or questions. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely space and location

Host was very responsive to message questions and helpful with ideas for activities. House is about twenty to thirty minutes from most things we did but we knew this going in and is reflected in price. Was a very peaceful area. Was comfortable enough for two teens and two adults.

Overnight Stay

For our purposes of needing a place for an overnight stay to attend a wedding at Summerhill Wjnery which is just down the hill, the location was perfect and suited our needs just fine. A bit more relaxed than a hotel room and a quiet patio for morning coffee.

We had a great time. All of the amenities that we needed and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Close to a local dog park (dog beach) as well which was perfect for our little fur balls. A very peaceful location away from the downtown core.

Great little suite

This suite was very nice, nestled in a nice neighborhood in Kelowna. The property is very large and beautiful and the hot tub was great. Sofia was an amazing host, very quick to answer any questions. Would definately recommend this property to anyone looking for a little weekend getaway.

Beautiful property with a great location

Geat rental for a short stay. The host was always very quick to respond and accommodate us if anything was needed. Our kids absolutely loved the back yard playgoung and the hot tub. Overall the rental was clean and very comfortable. Only negative is that it does not have a full kitchen, however its not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay herer again.

Great stay, perfect when travelling with a pet

We had a great family stay with our baby and dog. The backyard was perfect to let our dog run around and play fetch. Unit was bigger than expected and great communication from host. Only one wine glass which was strange being in Kelowna, that would be my only critique!

Daughters birthday getaway

Pictures are definitely taken in a way that mislead you to believe there is privacy. The hottub is situated in a weird spot in proximity to the unit. The place was cold with only a mounted fireplace that didn't warm the room. We ran out of hot water while taking a shower before the hottub. Only a microwave for cooking.Overall all experience was disappointing to say the least.

Lovely home close to winery

Sofia and her family were very welcoming and very helpful! She helped us find wineries, beaches and restaurants that would accommodate our needs. Beautiful property in a gorgeous neighborhood, within walking distance from one of the nicest wineries in town.

We have recently moved to Kelowna from Vancouver, and are loving the Okanagan Lifestyle. We truly enjoy the fun, all-year-round activities, from hiking, paddle boarding, boating, atv'ing in the summer, spring and fall, to skiing/snowboarding, tubing and just playing in the snow during the winter months. You will see us in the backyard occasionally, having a glass of local wine or a cup of freshly brewed coffee, or playing with our daughter and (very friendly) black lab. We like to give our guests privacy, but are always happy to chat and recommend local gems, if our guests desire.

This place is perfect for those who want to get away from the busy and noisy city life, while still being able to get to Downtown Kelowna within 15 minutes drive. Take your pick - whether you are all about outdoorsy activities in the mountains (off roading, dirt biking, hiking, hunting, etc), or prefer to relax in the hot tub with a glass of local wine, or if you have a dog who needs lots of space to run around (cue 1 acre backyard) and explore mountain trails, this place is for you.
