Luxury Waterfront Corner Condo with 2 decks and Spectacular Unobstructed 270 degree views of Lake, Mountains and Downtown Kelowna. In the summer both sunrise and sunsets are visible from this unit. The East facing deck gets the morning sun. The West facing deck and living room has afternoon/evening sun and magnificent hours long sunsets in summer months (see photos) over the 70 mile long Okanagan Lake. Natural light streams in from windows on three sides of the unit. This condo is located on the more desirable and private side of Sunset Waterfront Resort. Unlike the other side of the building, there is no highrise next to it blocking the views and intruding on your privacy. As well it is located on the quieter side of the building away from the noise of the pools and hot tubs on the other side.

If you leave the bedroom blinds open you will open your eyes in the morning to stunning floor to ceiling lake and mountain views out the windows in the main bedroom.

This 935 sq ft 1 Bedroom, 1 bath unit with den sleeps four with sofa beds in den and living room. If you want a truly memorable vacation this unit will exceed your expectations!

Centrally located in downtown Kelowna this vacation rental condo is a short walk from three Sandy Beaches, Marina, City Parks, Restaurants, Cinemas, Museums, Yacht Club, two Boat Launches and a short drive to numerous Golf Courses, Vineyards and other attractions. With a similar climate to Northern California, Kelowna is renowned for its sunny, hot and dry summers with warm lake temperatures and temperate winters.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Wayne's condo on the Kelowna waterfront. There is a lovely park right in front of the building, secure parking, and the location is very convenient close to downtown, attractions and shopping. Highly recommend it!

The condo & building was very clean & well cared for both inside & out. It was also very quiet. The pictures of the condo online show you exactly what to expect when walking into it. Wayne, the owner was very easy to deal with & contact when needed. Everything that one would want to live quite comfortable in the condo was provided. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake & getting up in the morning & looking at the lake from the large windows in the living room.

Nous n’aurions pas pu demander mieux pour la location d’un condo a Kelowna! Directement situé sur le lac Okanagan avec une vue superbe, a distance de marche de la Plage, du Waterfront Park, du centre ville et des restos. Les instructions fournies par Wayne (hôte) étaient claires et précises et il était disponible rapidement pour toutes questions ou demandes de recommandations. Le condo était d’une propreté impeccable et très bien equipé. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit!

One word - AWESOME

Everything about Wayne's place was awesome. The unit itself was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a great 1 week stay. The views were spectacular and the location can't be beat. Basically parked the car and walked everywhere. Lots of food and drink within minutes. Lakefront boardwalk and beach right outside the door. Would definitely stay again. Wayne was great to communicate with and was accommodating with a small request. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your place.

Perfect anniversary trip

I would not hesitate to recommend this place to family and friends. The pictures on the listing are accurate and it just gets better in person. Everything was as advertised. Wayne the host was great and communication was there if we needed it. My wife and I stayed 3 nights for our anniversary. Great location to go for walks along the waterfront and perfect easy private closed garage parking for our rental car. The views from the condo are amazing. I would stay here again next time I'm back in Kelowna.
