Welcome to La Petite Maison Blanc! La Petite is a 1200 square foot detached guest house located at the Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate in Temecula Wine Country. La Petite Maison Blanc has its own private entrance, parking area, hot springs spa/hot tub, outdoor barbecue island with refrigerator and seating area.

The home offers a single-story residence with no steps at the entrance, and an open floor plan complete with a fully equipped kitchen, family room, private master suite and custom bathroom. Upon entering the gates into the courtyard you’ll immediately feel relaxed as you catch a glimpse of Chateau Blanc’s very own cabernet franc vineyard and park-like setting. The family room has a leather love seat with reclining chairs and HDTV. The kitchen is designed with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, and full-size appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all your kitchen cooking tools. The master suite has a California king bed and the luxurious bath has an oversized Travertine shower, vanity, and a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. La Petite Maison Blanc is ideal for a party of two but can sleep up to four people with the two high-end rollaway beds that you can position to your liking.

La Petite Maison Blanc is surrounded by some of the most fabulous views you can find in the Temecula Wine Country. No matter where you are, you’ll enjoy a picturesque view of the vineyards and rolling hills, be it morning, sunset, or night. In the early morning hours, you might even catch a glimpse of hot air balloon flying overhead!
One of the unique features of La Petite Maison Blanc is the beauty of the French-inspired design by Beldon Fields, one of the original Disneyland Artisans. Over the years, the property has expanded, yet the owners proudly preserved its true beauty. Adjacent to Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate is the well-known Briar Rose Winery; the first structure built by Fields in the 1970’s for his wife, designed to be a replica of Snow White’s cottage. When staying at Chateau Blanc you can start your wine country tour just steps away from your front door!

For those vacationing in southern California, the Temecula Valley is only an hour from San Diego to the south and Orange County to the west. La Petite Maison Blanc is just a short 15-minute drive to Old Town Temecula, Pechanga Casino, Promenade Mall, and less than 10 minutes from grocery stores, in-town restaurants, and all the wineries in the Valley. Don't want to drive? The Temecula Valley has Uber & Lyft services available, as well as several wine tour companies.

La Petite Maison Blanc is one of three luxurious living areas at Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate. There is the main house (Chateau Blanc Estate) and a studio loft apartment (La Studio Maison Blanc) that additional guests could enjoy during your stay. All three of the residences are private with separate entrances. La Petite Maison Blanc can be rented in conjunction with the studio loft apartment or the main house for multiple rental options. If traveling with a smaller group of family, friends, or business partners the La Studio Maison Blanc is a great option to rent with the La Petite Maison Blanc to have two private bedrooms while sharing the BBQ island & hot tub.
