SUPERIOR XVIII CENTURY MANOR WITH PRIVATE POOL & MATURE GARDEN
Le Souleillal is an elegant manor dating from the 18th century. Set in 2 hectares of private parkland near the village of Siorac-en-Périgord, between Sarlat and Bergerac, it overlooks the valley and offers panoramic views over rural sceneries.
Le Souleillal provides spacious and luxury accomodation for 19 guests plus 4 babies in 9 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Its adjacent self-catering guest house Le Couleyrie can accomodate another 4 guests.
The Manor enjoys a private pool, fully fenced for the younger one's security, secluded mature parkland, and a play room with billiard room, football table and ping-pong table.
Le Souleillal comprises on the ground floor three double bedrooms and two bathrooms and separate toilets. Also on the groundfloor is a large living room and a comfortable private 'salon’, both with large open fireplaces, where you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to a lovely outside terrace.
On the first floor there are four other double bedrooms (two twin bedrooms and two with double beds), a single bedroom, a children's bedroom with 2 bunkbeds, a bathroom and shower room and two separate toilets. There is also a large play-room with plenty of games for the children. Every room has been decorated with a host of antique furniture and objects, each with its own story to tell.
Outside there are several terraces offering exceptional views of the valley. There is also a small children’s play area and a BBQ area.
Le Couleyrie is ideal for another 4 guests. It has a large open room with a newly fitted kitchen and sofa to relax.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom, a small bathroom and separate toilet. A staircase leads to the mezzanine level where there is the second double bedded bedroom. Le Couleyrie has it's own private terrace with garden furniture and private entrance.
The pool The 12mx6m swimming pool, all fenced and also secured with an alarm is located in a sunny area and has a lovely view across the garden.

A great place to bring a groups of family and friends, lovely grounds and pool. Plenty of space for socialising, very peaceful area not far from lots of interesting places to visit.
Large house with a lot of charm and well prepared for a large group. We had a wonderful time for a family gathering at Christmas. The agency was extremely responsive, kind and ready to help with any of our questions. Many beautiful villages to visit around.

Great Spot!
The house was large and clean. Has all the amenities. Close to everything and porch has a nice view of Bishop's Palace! Great place for morning coffee!
