Large 11-room residence where life is good. Panoramic view of the Dordogne river and its castles (Les Millandes, Marqueyssac…) Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir near the tourist sites of Beynac, Sarlat, 30 minutes from LASCAUX IV, Les Eyzies, Roque St Christophe, caves of Proumeyssac , Padirac, medieval villages (Domme, Montpazier…) Character house classified 4 stars, great comfort and independence (each bedroom has its own bathroom), everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible, relaxation and games room. In a wooded park with flower garden, closed and closed. Playground, children's hut, bowling green, large terraces with barbecue and plancha, private swimming pool, heated from April 1 to October 15. Rental open all year by the week or by the night.

All the comforts, dishwasher, washer and dryer, oven fridge and freezer, complete cookware with fryer, raclette and fondue service. Dining room with a large fireplace where you will have the pleasure of seeing the dancing flames. Two tables that can accommodate 17 people in Louis XV style. Living room with large screen, TNT, DVD player with DVDs. Hi-fi system. Internet connection by WIFI. Phone. 7 rooms of around 20 m2 each with shower room for more independence, A fitness room with weight bench, elliptical trainer and walker, board games, books.
Outside a 2800m2 park, a flowered garden and large terraces with garden furniture that can accommodate up to 17 people. A stone barbecue and a plancha at your disposal so that you have the pleasure of enjoying grilled meats. A children's playground with swings, swing and slide, a sandpit and a wooden hut of 4 m2 with toys for girl and boy will delight your children.
A pétanque court with bowls provided. A swimming pool of 11m by 5m with flat bottom depth 1m50 staircase over the entire width, salt water, heated swimming pool from April 1 to the end of October. 6 relax and 8 sunbaths to allow you to stroll around the pool. And all this with a panoramic view of the castles of Milandes, Fayrac and Marqueyssac. Overlooking the Dordogne river where you can sail in canoes, rental nearby.
Departure from the hiking trail house, hiking trails provided. Documentation of tourist sites at your disposal. All shops in Beynac within 5 minutes as well as very good restaurants.

Lovely house in beautiful location

Lovely house which suited our large family of 11 (grandparents, parents and children). The children especially liked the large pool and the garden. Beautiful location looking out over the Dordogne river.

We booked Chez Suzy for a family reunion, and it was perfect. 7 berooms, most ensuite. Facilities were great too with a lovely pool and gardens. Nice bbq area with a choice of either charcoal or gas. We dined outside as we barbecued most nights with the seating area more than adequate for our number. Most of the family drove from the UK, Germany and Gibraltar and more than enough room for the 3 cars.We highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again.Evelyne proved a lovely host and was always available if needed. Thank you so much Evelyne 10/10

Perfect for our group of 10!

The house was very well equipped and a great set-up for us. We used all the seating areas, the pool, the grassy garden with the adirondack chairs, the picnic table, the patio table right outside the kitchen. It was so fun. We all enjoyed it so much. The location was ideal! We rented E-Bikes from Libery-Cycle which were awesome. We rode all over the Dordogne Valley on the bike trails. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family. Thank you Chez Suzy and Evelyn!

Great central location

We had a nice stay at this large property for our extended family of 18. Plenty of space for everyone and the kids practically lived in the pool. The location was very central to a ton of amazing sites in the area. That said, Wifi only worked in a few rooms, we never found the air conditioning we expected on the property and did not see the fitness room described in the write up. The house was very close to a main road and the road noise was pretty loud on that side of the house with the windows open (which they had to be with no air conditioning).) Overall a nice rental, but a bit misrepresented.

A great location

The house is charming and Evelyne and Pascal are very accommodating. A/C is listed as an amenity but there is no air con...however Evelyne was extremely prompt in delivering fans for every room when i let her know how hot the house was. The poolside furniture could do with an upgrade..the loungers have no cushions and the parasol bases dont hold the parasols very well as a slight breeze sees them fly out. But the good far out weighs these minor things and we had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend.

Le logement est grand et fonctionnel pour une grande famille. La piscine est grande.En revanche, la proximité avec la route la rend très bruyante. Comme il n’y a pas de climatisation il faut choisir entre la lumière des volets ouverts - et donc le bruit de la route - et la chaleur.La piscine est sale, le liner est très jauni.Attention : les propriétaires vous demanderont 80 pour un ménage de sortie en plus des frais de ménage de 150. On ne sait pas pourquoi puisqu’a priori il n’y a personne entre les deux.

Magnifique séjour

Tout était parfait. La maison est superbe, vaste et très bien entretenue. La piscine est grande et propre, et le parc immense. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très réactifs. Seul bémol, la route en contrebas très passante.

Une semaine en famille

Nous étions 14, de 6 mois à 64 ans et avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette grande et belle maison. Chambres avec bonne literie et plutôt spacieuses. Beaucoup d'entre elles avaient une salle de bain privative. La suite parentale au rdc avec la chambre des enfants à côté et deux salles d'eau est très pratique. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse extérieure et de la piscine les jours de beau temps et de la belle salle à manger les jours plus maussades. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons pour séjour en famille

Maison très agréable pour une grande famille

Regroupement familial parfaitement réussi, malgré une météo médiocre, grace à la configuration de la maison, très spacieuse, ajourée, où nous nous sommes trouvés très à l'aise. Soirée au coin du feu bien agréable après les journées à arpenter les châteaux et les grottes. Chacun son petit domaine et, lors d'éclaircies, le jardin, les terrasses et les petites chèvres voisines, étaient là pour enthousiasmer les enfants, les parents et les grands parents. Location à renouveler avec plaisir.
