If you want to stay in a tastefully designed and furnished home that has the feel of the highest end hotel, but with the space and convenience of a gourmet chef’s kitchen (wolf & sub zero appliances) and a private yard, this is the perfect home-away –from-home retreat!

On a beautiful cherry-tree lined street in a centrally located family neighbourhood, we are a 15 min drive to downtown Vancouver, YVR airport, the city of Richmond or Burnaby, University of BC, and numerous attractions such as Kits beach, Granville Island, Pacific Spirit Park & Trails, Science World, English Bay, the Aquarium and Stanley Park.

If you enjoy fern and fauna, the home is within a short stroll to the picturesque 52-hectare Queen Elizabeth Park, the Bloedel Conservatory (indoor tropical garden), and the 55-acre Van Dusen Botanical Gardens (over 7,500 plant species).

A quick 10 min walk will also bring you to the conveniences of the skytrain (our super clean subway system) and the hip boutiques and eateries along Cambie and Main Streets, Hillcrest Community Centre (2010 Olympic pool, rink and fitness facilities), Nat Bailey Baseball stadium and the neighbourhood Farmers’ Market that features local farm fresh ingredients most of the year!

Do know that there is a charming detached stand-alone cottage on the premises that had been rented out to friendly, working professional tenants, which also applies to a separate unit on the lower floor (separate entrance, locked & private from upper floors). The tenants will report any loud parties and inappropriate events to confirm this is a no-partying house, suited only to respectable families & visitors who want to truly enjoy the city.

You will get exclusive privacy and use of 2.5 floors, over 3500 sq ft with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Huge deluxe master bedroom includes king size bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, separate soaker tub and huge rainfall shower spa bathroom. There’s an office, sitting room and open living room with a TV on the main floor to allow space to spread out and for separate activities.

We have a gourmet BBQ hooked up on the back deck with a built-in gas line – never worry about running out of gas mid-bbq!

Ample parking in front of the home. Pack n Play crib, kids utentils, and high chair and available upon request. Toys for 5 years and under happily supplied. Do all the laundry you need to (detergent provided) and pack less.

Wifi and cable TV included. You will absolutely LOVE staying in this luxury family home!
