This luxury condo is located in-between Gas Town and Yale Town. Amenities to this unit are ideal. There are two major grocery stories just minutes from the condo. Costco being one and TNT being the other. Five star restaurants and coffee bars are also within walking distance. If you would like to do some touring then hop onto the Aqua bus. Going to Grandville Island is a breeze. You can also take a bike ride around the sea wall and enjoy the ocean and Stanley Park. This condo is close to just about anything that you would like to do, whether that be shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in a coffee bar.

This was an absolutely gorgeous apartment. The view was incredible, and the place was absolutely spotless and well stocked. It’s a little tricky to get in and out of the building and the parking is definitely a little tricky. Have patience and it will pay off!

We were very comfortable in this condo which is very clean, well-organized, and well-located for sightseeing. It comes with an underground parking space which is a little complex to find the first time but was very helpful for our rental car.

This condo is located in the center of everything - what a terrific spot! You are close to tons of fantastic restaurants, attractions, and the SkyLine is just around the corner. We walked everywhere. We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise. The location was great. The luggage storage nearby was a nice option. There are so many restaurants to choose from, including a few at ground level of the building. The unit was as described and comfortable. The trip to the port was quick.

Great view from the condo, and great location with easy access to Rogers centre/bc place, science center, plus easy to get around via TransLink & aquabus. Would definitely stay here again on a trip to Vancouver.

I enjoy the city life and all that it has to offer. Being right downtown has been very convenient for me as there are many restaurants, coffee bars and grocery stores to chose from, the amenities here are vast and full of variety. Everything is within walking distance, so I walk everywhere! If I am not walking, I like to ride my bike along the seawall or play pickleball at one of the many parks here. Living here has been a great experience so I hope that you will love and enjoy this place and this city as much as I have.

Why they chose this property

The reason why I would choose this property is because it has many amenities both within the condo complex and the surrounding areas. There is a private courtyard, a modernized exercise equipment room, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a dry sauna . Grocery stores, restaurant, coffee bars, pharmacists, hair salons, dog groomers are all just minutes away. Literally all you have to do is go downstairs and out the building and everything is there. In addition, on a clear day, you can see the mountains from the bedroom windows. It's a beautiful sight when getting up in the mornings.
