Conesus Lake NY Lakefront level next to Long Point Park minutes from everything
The original very first cottage on Long Point formerly Charlie Bates boat livery and bait shop. All level yard great water area beach gradually goes out from zero to 6’ in 150’. Quiet area at the end of a dead end street. 20 minutes from Marketplace and 5 minutes from Geneseo and anything needed Wegman’s grocery store, lots of great restaurants and things to do. Minutes from Letchworth State Park, mini golf, go karts, free concerts, wineries, and much much more. Besides the indoor kitchen there is an outdoor living area with a full second kitchen. 2 adjoining deck areas, gas grill, 120’ dock shared with our other house next door has great sitting areas definitely one of the best views on the lake right in the middle! See sunrises, moonrise’s, and the sunset from the end of the dock. 2 bedrooms in the main cottage, a queen and full sized futon in the main living room. Lots and lots and lots of ways to have fun! This is our own family cottage where we used to live full time in the summers, and would visit sparingly the rest of the year. Now that my kids are grown we have great memories here, and do not get here very often anymore. Now we would like others to enjoy wonderful times like we have experienced here. We are very thankful:-)
Why they chose this property
This is as good a location as can be in the finger lakes. Very easy access, always great water, great location to so many varied activities, right next to a very quiet peaceful park, very level, and a very comfortable relaxing cottage
What makes this property unique
This is the longest dock on the lake with a fantastic view and great room to sit and relax.
